"No, it is just good to see some of the pounce members." Chaya smiled. Verde had nodded.
"My favorite out of our pounce though is the kitsune. She is huge! And all those tails. I ran away the first time I saw her. She scared me witty. I apologized though, because her bonded, Auriel was really testy. She was the one who made me run away though. She scares me."

"Mm," Dei agreed. He didn't have much experience with pounces. "I really wouldn't know." He smiled at Verde's description of Auriel and her bonded. "It seems like bondeds pack all the personality of a grown pykiin into their tiny little bodies. Makes life interesting, at least."

Dardei raised his brow at the kiin. "Indeedly?" Other than that, he let it pass. "I don't object to meeting my pounce, I just haven't had much contact with them. It didn't seem that important to me. It's not like they're family, after all."

Chaya smiled with a small "Oh," She laid down and shielded her eyes at the arising sun. "Seems to be a little warm today, I can already feel it. My fur is going to hold it all." She giggled.
Verde looked at the sun. "Thanks for keeping me company. I better get going." He smiled and darted into the woods.
"That was fast," Chaya said, hiding a yawn.

"Yes, it was. He's a bit odd, isn't he." Dardei stared after Verde for a moment, then shook his head. "So, any plans for the day, or would you rather go back to sleep?"

Chaya snapped a twig from the branch and brought back two rows of berries on the branch. "Mm... they smell good." She commented and looked around too.

Dei lifted his head and breathed in the aroma. "They do," he agreed. Bending his head to examine the bush, he selected a berry and put it in his mouth. "They taste good too."
