((This is an RP for Chaya and Dardei, if you'd like to join, It'll be fine. ^^))
Chaya sat in the tree near the valley. Her tail swaying off the end. She murmured some things before snapping a twig and loosing balance where her paw was. She pulled her paw back in before falling and placing it beside her other paw. The sunset made her uneasy at times, the bright vivid colors seem to catch her eye so quickly, she'd never see it coming.
She swayed her tail again, smiling to herself as the sun rays made her black fur look brown against the light. She then jumped down from the tree, hoping to find a old friend, she so dearly missed.

Dardei paced around under the trees, getting used to his new height. Everything was a little different from his new adult perspective. Dei was so focused on his perspective that he was surprised to see his friend. "Chaya, hello. How are you doing?" Smiling and posing, he asked, "Notice anything different?"
((Sorry, my family just decided to take the dog on a group walk. I'll be back as soon as I can.))

Chaya walked up to Dardei and smiled. "Well you have reached farther then my height." She giggled, now having to look up at him. "Congratulations, was the Dryad very nice?" She asked, looking at him again. "Very handsome, indeed."

((Wasn't that fun. I got to run, not walk, up and down a hill to amuse the puppy.))
"Thank you." Dardei smiled down at her. Not far down, but at least he wasn't looking up at her anymore. "I don't remember much after reaching the Dryad, but I'm sure she is very nice."

((Actually, Mom decided to run, so Bella had to keep up. Since I was holding the leash, that meant I got to run too.))
Dardei's long, unfamiliar legs folded under him and he rolled to the ground. "Nice to see you too, Chaya," he laughed. Getting back to his feet, he added, "I haven't been doing much, really. I was rather surprised to grow up."

Chaya giggled again. "I'm sorry I missed that," She said, getting off him and swaying her tail as she backed up for when he got up. "How did you pounce take it?" She said, sitting down, the long legs still felt like noodles to her.

Dei folded down beside her, shrugging. "I don't really know. I don't spend that much time with them." His tail swished in the long grass.

Chaya hummed an,"Oh," Her eyes bouncing towards the trees. "I've only met a few in my pounce. Though they are usually off finding secrets the Dryad holds. One of my pounce mates became an elemental and had two gemfruits. What a pleasure to watch little kits run around." She laughed, "I also know that we have a kitsune, with a very annoying bonded." She snorted. "Though cute in a way."

"There are two elementals in my pounce that I know of, though I've only met one of them. Lots of kiin, though. It seems like everyone has kiin." He sighed, but with an indulgent smile. "They are fun to watch, though they can get underfoot. Bondeds too." He thought about the bondeds he knew. "They have just as much personality as most of the pykiin I know."

Chaya smiled. "Kiin are nice, I know one of the kiin in my pounce grew up yesterday." She purred. "And everyone doesn't have kiin, I sure don't." She grinned and poked his side. "And bondeds have great personality indeed, though they can really be testy when it comes to new pykiin coming to their pykiin." She added, "I know Auriel is."
"Do you plan on finding any bondeds some time?"

"Testy, sweet, bold, aloof, there's all kinds." Dei chuckled. "I certaintly wouldn't be upset if one came my way, but I'm not in any hurry either. It's not like I'm rushing toward elemental powers."

"Not much different, I suppose." He shrugged again. "Taller. Older in some ways," he glanced down at Chaya and blushed slightly. "Just the same in others. It's hard to say, really," he ended lamely.

Chaya nodded. "Do you miss being a kiin?" She rambled with questions, she still wondered, missing her life as a kiin, it was still interesting to hear everyone else's stories.
