Peri glanced over at the two adults who dutifully walked towards the kiin.
"May we be of service oh captains of the sea?" Emerald asked trying her hardest not to burst into a fit of giggles.

"Aye mams, we be needing your assistance in hooking the riggings and sail to our mast." She smiled at Emerald and Sugar.

Emerald and Sugar smiled and began to hook up the riggings and sail.
"How's that?" Sugar asked as she looked it over and double checked a knot that looked a little loose.

"Aye, that be great. Thanks ye for the asisitance." She smiled and looked over the sail that was hung quite properly. She smiled and looked at Peri.
Then shouting so everyone could hear her, "Aye, ye all ready for one of the first voyages of the Black Peanut?"

Emerald and Sugar bowed to the young captains before moving back to shore to talk and watch from a distance.
"Aye that I am," Peri replied as she pulled out her mother's old pirate clothes that were donned when Emerald first met Jack Sparrow.

Brandy smirked, "Now ye all ready, we shall on our long journey." She stretched out her arm and pointed out the small beginings of a stream on the far side of the lakish pond.

Talkane watched quietly as Emerald and Sugar hooked up the riggings and sail. She admired their handiwork for a moment before turning to the other 'Kiin.
"Aye, captain, I'm ready," said Talkane, trying to get into the spirit of things. Well, it was a half-decent attempt at sounding piratey, she hoped. She looked to where Brandy was pointing, tail twitching back and forth in excitement as she wondered where the sstream went... And if there would be any rough water along the way.

"Alrighty, now that ye are all ready, hop aboard the Black Peanut and cast off." She smirked at the excitement that was building in the air.
Standing at the edge of the vessel to allow the other 'Kiin on.

Peri moved up beside her sister and placed a large hat on Brandy's head.
"Do we have our heading?" she asked?

Brandy nodded and looked at the edge of the pond, "Urm, aye we be heading that direction." She pointed as she carefully dipped the end of her tail into the water, then lifted it out and tested the wind.
"And ye be lucky the wind be on ye sides." She smirked and padded over to the rope and let the sails down. The small vessel began to slowly make it's way further and further away from the shore.

Peri looked back at Emerald and waved before taking her place on the raft.
Emerald waved and smiled at how much Peri looked like she did. Miss Gem she was, and now it appeared that Peri would be Miss Gem as well. She quickly tossed the rest of the pirate clothes to the other kiin on the raft, and laughed as one boot didn't quite make it and began to sink in the 'sea'

Talkane had taken her place on the raft just as Brandy had let the sails down. She couldn't help but laugh as one of the boots sank beneath the surface of the water, as she leaned over the side to watch it for a moment.
"Well, I guess you won''t be getting that one back," she commented, turning her attention from the sunken boot to the area the boat was heading towards.
