Sorka nodded acknowledgement. "I was not well yesterday, but I believe I am much better now. And my new home is quite warm, I was in no danger." Sorka smiled at him. "I appreciate the concern, though. I certaintly don't intend to lose any friends either."

"Oh, you found a den?" Akiyama smiled. "That's great! I'm glad that you're feeling better," he said sincerely.

"Kalea told you, didn't she? I know she told Sonea." Sorka looked a little puzzled. "Anyway, it's perfect for us, and having a home is helping me stay more grounded."

Akiyama thought back, then gasped, "Oh! I remember now, I'm sorry. Yes, Kalea did tell us. Is the den near Ichigo and mine?" He wasn't sure if Addei was going to stay or not. He hoped that Sorka's den was close to his. "I'm glad that you're happy with your den."

Sorka nodded. "Just a bit further upstream. I'll show it to all of you in a little while." She started back toward Akiyama's den to speak to her daughter. "Do you know if Addei will be returning to the tree she found or remaining with you?" she asked, changing the subject.

"Okay," Akiyama agreed, smiling. He frowned at the change of subject, just slightly. "I actually do not know. She said she and Brandy would think about it, but..." he sighed with confusion, and a little guilt. "I just don't know."

Akiyama nodded, "That's very true, indeed." He smiled. The brown male looked up to the sky.
"The clouds look like they're clearing," he commented, then looked in the direction of his den. "So, I'm sure Brandy is eager to see you."

((Now that I'm back from vacation, maybe we should go back to our alternating?))
"I'm sure all the kiin are eager for us to return. Sonea will want to see our new home as well." Sorka answered. She looked up at the sky. "I agree, the weather should be rather fine today."

Sorka gave Akiyama a look, mask raised, but she didn't comment. She just kept walking toward the den.
