Adelina smiled when she first steped out in the rain. "It's not too bad, actually it's quite nice." She stated cheerily as she saw him come out of the tunnel, "Though we should try to get to yoiur den as soon as possible, we could end up getting hypothremia up in the mountians with this rain." She smiled as if that was not as bad as it could get, and waited for him to lead the way back.

He stepped out into the showering, cool rain. "Wow, it's even chillier when there's a breeze and rain going." He looked around him. "Okay, so we go up the path, then to the right of the river, up the hill, then there's the den." He smiled. "That sounds about right." He nodded firmly, looking around for the path. "There!" He grinned, looking at Adelina. "Let's go, then," he motioned.

Addei smiled as she took a few steps towards the direction he indicated. She soon found herself going fast enough that it could be considered a canter. She passed a countless number of trees before she turned her head slightly to make sure Akiyama was behind her.

"A-Addei!" Akiyama called worriedly as she passed him. He ran up to her, trying to keep her pace. "What's wrong? Are you okay?" He asked, wondering why she had suddenly begun going so quickly.

She slowed down and let him catch up, "Something's wrong?" She asked unsure if her quickened pace made him think something. She looked down at the ground and watched as the rain water formed a puddle.

"Yeah, er... no... I mean, wait." He shook his head, trying to figure out what he was going to say before he said it. "Are you okay? Why'd you take off so fast?" He asked, hoping that she was alright.

Sorka took a few slow, awed steps forward. She saw a small opening in the rock next to the waterfall, and she moved toward it. She soon realized that the opening led into a spacious cave under the stream. Entering, she admired the smooth, waterworn stone of the walls and floor. It was warm to the touch, in contrast to the icy air outside. Touching Kalea's mind, she answered, We're finally home. After all this time, we finally have a home.
Kalea decided that the others might like to know what was happening, so she located their minds and related everything. Then she hopped into the cave to Sonea's side. Uncharacteristically, she chose to speak aloud. "Your mother found us a home. A real home, just for us."
"Home," Sonea echoed. "I can't wait to see it." Turning to her friends, she appologized. "I'm not really hungry, I think I'm going to go to sleep."

Addei smiled, "Well, I wouldn't want to catch anything, and I think the better we get back to the 'Kiin the better. There may be something we've missed, or Sorka could have returned." She shrugged and playfully flopped her hair into his face, "Now, come on." She smiled again letting him know that she ran just becasue of the reasons she stated. (( Well, er I'm going out of town till late Wednessday. Shel and I are heading up to Central, no indoor plumbing, and no internet access.  I'll see you guys when I get back.)) |

The next morning Valemor woke glad to see at least Kiriya back. He pulled the blankets off of him and stretched. He exited the den and picked flowers and fruit. He took them back to the den and plcaed the fruit in a basket he had gotten from his home.Then he placed the flowers in a vase he had also gotten from home. Then he laid down again waiting for everyone to wake.

((Have fun, Cam!  )) "Oh, okay, that's fine, then." Akiyama smiled. "I was concerned something had happened," he chuckled, somewhat embarrassed. Yume awoke slowly, stretching her ears back and her paws farward before smiling toward Valemor. " 'Morning," she smiled. Out of the corner of her eye she saw a basket and vase filled. "Oh my," she breathed, getting up and running over to fuss over them. She hadn't seen that Kiriya was home. |

Valemor walked next to her,"I didn't know what you liked so I kinda just picked a little of everything nearby."he said shrugging.

"It's beautiful!" Yume gasped in delight. She picked up a deep blue flower out of the vase and stuck it in her mane. "It's so pretty," she cooed.
Kiriya awoke, getting up right away at the sounds of his mother. He shifted the blankets off of him, walking over and standing next to Valemor. "Well, good morning."

"Good morning."said Valemor. He smiled a Yume's response. He was happy that he had made her happy."Is anyone hungry?"he asked moving towards the basket of fruit.

"You two can go first," Yume smiled, glad to see that her son was home.
Kiriya nodded, "Alright. Thank you," he bowed politely, taking a strawberry from the basket.

Valemor reached for a small bunch of grapes. He pulled one of and ate it. "What shall we do today?"he asked in between grapes.
