"Okay, but if you want to turn back, just say something." Akiyama agreed hesitantly, a small smile showing at the corners of his mouth as he shifted his head forward a bit. He got up onto all four of his feet and looked in the direction of the river. "Kalea said that she went upriver, right?" ((Oops, I forgot Ichigo and Brandy and Sonea. ^_^;  ) Ichigo yipped when Brandy shot out over her head and she fell backwards, off the rock. She laughed as she got to her feet and clumsily began chasing after Brandy again. |

"Right." Addei retorted, "She couldn't have gotten too far." She smiled at him as she began to gracefully pad towards the stream. She flicked her tail twice as she reached the stream and looked in. The water was crystal clear, and Adelina could look all the way through the surface to the bottom where small rounded pebles rested.
Brandy giggled and kept her pace as she bounded off the wall once more, and shot towards the entrance.

"I hope she hasn't gotten too far," Akiyama murmured, walking alongside Addei toward the stream. Once they reached the slowly moving water, his face fell a little. "I suppose she's already gone upriver." He had been hoping that maybe she hadn't gone just yet. "You like the water?" Akiyama smiled, stepping by Adelina and looking down at the water with her. "It's sort of pretty, how the snow falls into the water and stays for a moment, then disappears." He took his head back up and took a few steps away from Addei toward a small pile of snowcapped rocks in the river where the water weaved threw them. He smiled at the formation. "Brandy, wait up!" Ichigo laughed, chasing after Brandy and finally catching up. She made a mad dash in front of her furry brown friend in an attempt to cut her off and tag her. ((Okay, I'm going to go to bed in a few minutes, so good night.  I should be back in the afternoon tomorrow.  ) |

(( Sorry, it seemed I went to bed before I read this. ^^ ))
Addei looked up at the water and responded, "Well, not more than I like earth, of coures, but sometimes when the moon or sun hits the water's surface sending the light fragments into several different directions and cascading off the riples, it makes me in a way jealous of Chase." She smiled hoping that he remembered Chase, as she spoke of him at least once to him.
Brandy skidded to a stop. Ichigo was getting good, She gave a small smirk and in an atempt to get frre of the trap, and tryed to cruve her boday out of Ichigo's grasps as she slid right by her.

((That's alright. ) Akiyama shifted his eyes away from the snow-covered rocks and smiled at Addei. "I don't think that water is more favored to me than Earth, either, but I agree with you. It certainly is beautiful." Ichigo twirled around, wondering how Brandy had evaded her so simply. "Hey," she laughed, darting after her again. |

"From what I've heard, it's more of a wonder when you can walk on it." Addei smirked and looked over to the oposite side of the stream.
Branyd giggled and kept her balance as she steped on an uneven part of the cave. "Oof!" came from her mouth as her paw skipped suddenly from one level to the next.

"Walk on the ice, you mean?" Akiyama questioned, curious of what it'd be like. "I imagine it's like walking on hard snow."
Ichigo puffed out air as she skipped down the steps in an attempt to chase after Brandy. At the landing, the ground smoothed and Ichigo sped up as fast as she could, eventually becoming even with Brandy. She stretched out a paw to try and tag her.

"Yes, I't quite amazing when you look straight through to the bottom." She smiled, "Almost like walking on snow, more like glass actually." The surface of the water was begining to harden, had it really gotten that cold out? She thought to herself as she still kept her eyes on the water.
Brandy swirved in an atempt to get away from Ichigo, but it was no use, she was too close, and by any moment Brandy would find herself it.

Nodding, Akiyama added, "Some of the most beautiful glass on Earth." He watched as the water became cloudier. "Is it... hardening...?"
Ichigo grinned, glad to see that her efforts were making Brandy dodge. She moved her paw forward a bit more, just barely touching Brandy.

Addei simple nodded as she lifted her gaze from the surface, and looked at Akiyama. "Nature is so amazing", she stated in a hushed tone.
Brandy scowled for a moment then decided not to be a sore loser, "Are you ready or do you want to take a break?"

"It is," Akiyama agreed, smiling as he looked up at Addei. He shifted his gaze again to the soon-to-be ice to watch it turn.
Ichigo giggled at the look on Brandy's face. "Let's take a brake. I wonder what food we can find up in the mountain...?"

Addei smiled, but kept her gaze on Akiyama, "You don't suppose..." She trailed off. For a moment she let the silence settle in, "We should try to find Sorka." She finished, unsure of what she originally intended to say.
"Well, my momma says it's bad to eat snow, so that's out of the question." Brandy giggled, "Maybe we can find a patch of mountain berries!"

"I suppose we should," Akiyama agreed, smiling up to Addei, braking his gaze with the ice. The tone of the two phrases sounded different, but Akiyama paid it no heed.
"Why is it bad to eat snow?" Ichigo wondered aloud. "It's just cold water!" She giggled, then turned as serious as she could again. "Yupitty yup yup! Moun'n berries sound good."

"Alright then, Up stream we head." She said with a smile as she lifted herself off the ground, and began to walk in that direction. She watched her pawprints as they carved out small sections of snow, it was almost like earth, but still it was wet.
"I don't know, something about it dehydrating you." Brandy said unsure, "But Mountian berries are good to eat."

"Yep, up stream," Akiyama nodded, continuing to smile. He saw the snow begin to turn a snade of orange, and he looked toward the sun. "Sunset," he murmured. "It's nearly night. What if we don't find her before sundown...?"
"How could cold water dehydrate you?" Ichigo asked, completely confused. She shook her head and smiled. "Oh well! Yeah, mountain berries sound good. They're probably cold and juicy - like ice cream!"
