Mizu raised a side of his mask and stepped toward the pond. He scrunched up his nose doubtingly. The big blue Pykiin sat on the edge of the pond, staring at it fiercly, determined to stay alert, just in case.

Chase felt himself being watched, but he wasn't so sure as to why that was. He brushed it off and began to do a bit of training. He lifted a blob of water from the pound and began to move it about.
He ran it over the side of edge of the pond so it apeared as if it were a tiny waterfall, thne just before it hit the surface of the water lifted it back up.

Maldea glared at Pursuit: there went her theory about rodeli and water. She settled a fair distance from Chase, in case he dropped the water he was playing with.

"I'm doing just fine, thank you very much. I see you've been working alot with your element." She watched him play with the water a bit, then jumped back in the pond, spraying everyone head to toe in water.

Maldea sprang back and shook the water from her fur, glaring all around, offended.
Eraina stepped up to the edge of the water, watching Hope and Chase. She was trying to be unobtrusive, but get an idea about how the element was used.
Sandi, on the other hand, dove right into the water and paddled around, watching everything with unabashed interest.

Hope swam around in the water, flipping her fin and chasing small fish. She came up to the surface to breath, almost bumping into Sandi.
She looked back at Maldea, looking very wet. "Oops, didn't mean to get you all wet again."

Maldea nodded to Hope, looking a little mollified. "I'm sure you didn't." She retreated from a safe distance from the water.
Sandi hurried out of Hope's way. Swimming around the pykiin, she admired the mer tail. "Raina! Are you going to get one of these?"
Raina blushed and tried to shush her bonded. "Maybe, but don't bother Hope."

Hope turned to to Eraina, "I love my element, and my mer tail. I can do so much with them. But everyone has there own opinions on elements. Like Maldea, who perfers not to be around water." She played with some water, making it lift into the air, circling it around their heads, then making it fall like raindrops back into the water.

"Oh, I love water. I'm sure it will be my element when I grow up and soulmate." Raina blushed a little, thinking of the male she had a crush on, but quickly regained control. "I just don't know if I'll get the mer tail or not. I probably will, but I like my tails too." She held up her double tails.

"Yes, it's harder when you have double tails, deciding whether or not to get a mer tail. Water is a very fun element, but some chose not to have mer tails, and that's just fine." Hope replied and smiled.

A green figure paded his way out from the nearby forest. He was thirsty and after such a long dash was thriving for something to quench his thirst. Cole leapt to the nearest edge of the pond and began his drink. He was laping up the water when he noticed others were near, and by the looks of it, they were all water enthusiasts.
One however caught his eye. She was a light blue and her bubbly personality just seemed to spill everywhere. She was an important figure from what he could tell, as everyone seemed to be gathered around her thriving for her attention. Cole too wanted this attention, but he'd rather have her notice him, and besides she was too beautiful to not already have a soul mate.
Cole sat by the water's edge observing her reflection.
(( Just incase you can't tell he's eyeing Hope. ^^ ))

"Well, I have plenty of time to decide," Raina pointed out. "I haven't even grown up, much less soulmated. All I have is Sandi." She indicated the remiel with a flic of her tail.
Out of the corner of her eye, she watched a green adult who had just arrived. He was looking in their direction, but she thought by his eyes that it was Hope he was looking at. She decided not to say anything, just in case.

Honeydew decided she'd join in the fun, if they were doing anything worthwhile, since she too enjoyed water and playing. When she got closer to Hope and the others, she realized they were talking about elements.
"I haven't soulmated yet. I suppose I'm just busy enjoying the valley and the water, I guess." Hope said, running her paw through the cool water. As she looked up she saw the little green bonded who had been playing by the water's edge. She also noticed another pykiin, one she did not reconize, a little ways off from where Honeydew was playing.
