Sandi moved over toward Honeydew. "Hey! What's it like, being bonded to a real water elemental?" She was never shy about talking to strangers.
"There's a lot to enjoy," Raina agreed. "Still, I can't wait until I grow up and find my soulmate." She blushed again. "I think I could enjoy even more with someone beside me."

"It's fun! You get to play a lot in the water since Hope comes down here to swim all the time. She shows me everything she learns about her element. And whenever she has the chance to, she shows me around under water. Speaking of it, would you like to play a game in the water with me?" Honeydew was very energetic today, and she felt like a good swim.
Hope nodded, thinking of having a soulmate. "It would be different... but I would enjoy it."

Clo flicked his tail and dabbed his paw in the water slightly. He held his breath as he figured it would be terribly cold. Amazingly though it wasn't. He smiled and glanced at Hope. Mustering up all of his inner 'strength' he got up and padded lightly towards her.
He gave her a warm smile and softly called out, "Hello." He paused thinking of the right words to say, but retreated to the usual greeting when he couldn't think of any, "I'm Cole."

"I'd love to!" Sandi grinned at Honeydew. "What shall we do?"
Raina watched as Cole paddled toward her and Hope. "Hi, I'm Raina." She guessed he wouldn't really be listening to her, but she thought it would be polite to introduce herself anyway.

"Well, there are lot's of things we could do, like we could play tag in the water or we could see who could make the biggest splash jumping into the water." Honeydew looked around. "We could go a little farther away so we wouldn't splash Hope and the others."
Hope saw the green pykiin aproaching, and she kindly greeted him. "Hello Cole, I'm Hope."

"Ok," Sandi said, starting to paddle away from the pykiin. When she decided she was far enough away, she swam to the bank, climbed out, and leaped back into the pond. Water sprayed up on either side of her path.
Raina watched the two adult pykiin, her eyes travellng from one to the other.

Cole nodded at the little 'Kiin he smiled, thought it seemed a bit awkward. He then turned to the adult, "Hope." He repeated, "That's a pretty name." He added.

Honeydew paddled after Sandi, avoiding as much of the huge splash as she could. She then got out of the water and took a deep breath. She did a flip into the water clumsily.
Hope blushed and nodded, "Thank you."

Raina watched them awkwardly for a moment longer, then shook her head. "It was nice talking to you, Hope, and it was nice to meet you, Cole." She retreated to join the bondeds playing in the water.
"Raina, come play!" Sandi called to her bonded. "We're seeing who can make the biggest splash."

"I'll see you sometime later then Raina," Hope called out to her, then turned back to the adult.
Honeydew paddled toward the surface of the water, a little dizzy from her twirling jump. She took a deep breath then went over to where Sandi was. She noticed Eraina had come over to play with them. "Hi Eraina!" She jumped out of the water and vigiorously shook herself off.

Cole watched as the little 'Kiin walked away, "Don't get hurt." He told her with concern in his voice though he had just met her. "So, water element." He stated sounding sort of like a question. He intertwined his tails together, and smiled cheesily.

"Hello Honeydew. I don't think it would be fair if I jumped, so I'll just judge." Raina grinned at the pair of remiel as she settled with the water up to her belly.
Sandi paddled over. "Tired of talking to Hope?"
"Not at all," Raina answered. "I just thought I'd leave the adults to chat."

"Okay Raina. Whose turn is it to jump?" Honeydew asked anxiously, she was getting cold standing at the edge of the river with her fur all wet, and she planned on doing an awesome jump that would give her a high score.
"Yeah, water element, as you can see by my mer tail." She lifted up her tail, full of shining scales, then placed it back down on the wet grass.

"Mine!" Sandi took a flying leap and crashed into the water.
"Hm," Raina considered the splash. "I'll give that a 6."

Honeydew giggled than ran over to her jumping spot. She ran and jumped, pulling her legs and head into a ball. She landed hard in the water on her back, spraying water up around her into the air like a net.
