That's an awesome suggestion!  But, I know that most of us aren't to great with those kinds or coding and programming that is needed to make generators. I do know a couple of people who can, but they only offer their work for USD. And, I don't think K13 wants to spend USD... |

Well tha bank has approved us for about $180k, but every house we can find is about 250K or more. So I have to go in and tear a house apart (say all the things that are wrong) for the owner to hear and hope we can get it cheaper. Or we have to wait for them to reduce the prices. Doesn't help that we live in a nice neighborhood, so the housing is more expensive.

Oh, I know how that feels. My mom and dad could not afford a house themselves either. My grandma has a real good job, so we partnered up with her in this nice house ^^' She makes most the bills, but we at least get our share in. I am not proud of the space we have in the house, very little. But I am proud we found a decent house.

Oh and just dropping a note, if K13 does approve of this suggestion (I would be estactic) then someone you could go to is Possibly Silvanon. She's designing the serendipity ferry trips. But she on't be around for long cause she's due in April or something and will be off PI for sometime  |
