I have seen some rps with kiins looking for soul mates. From what i have heard, kiin cant have soul mates till they grow up. Am i right?

Yes, you're right. There are a few kiin *pokes Jimen and Kazuki* who have already found their soulmates, as they believe, so they've already made commitements. And some other kiin are looking, because, like teens, they want love.
Though you're right; technically speaking, kiin cannot be soulmated.

They can't officially soulmate until they grow up, but that doesn't mean they can't meet their soulmate as kiin. Many pairs know they will soulmate before they grow up. For example, Seri and Misrule established their relationship as kiin, and Storm and Sugar are known to be a pair even though they're both still kiin.

It's kinda like in the real world when two kids in high school think they'll be together forever so they'll think they're soulmates. But they're going to wait til they grow up before they do anything like get married.
