 ((Please visit the PI thread for more information before posting!)) The Dryad has been strung with a decorative array of colorful flowers as night sets over the Valley. The fireflies are blinking gently and dancing as only fireflies can, and the Dryad is swarming with activity. Tinaeus, the first Pykiin, has invited many from all over the Valley to come celebrate with him, and all of the disguised Pykiin are chatting amicably. There is much to talk about on this fine night - not only the weather and the celebrations, but also the arrival of the Elven and the trouble she's caused recently. The stars blink gently into view, closely followed by a nearly full moon. The soft round light glows above all of them, illuminating the Valley in a pale white. |

Cornelius walked up to the Dryad and watched for others appearing. He was excited, this was going to be fun, he could tell. Waiting for the events to start, he watched the sky, twinkling in the moonlight.

Snowflake, was lying in a branch on the dryad. Her single tail swaying back, and forth. She had a white sparkling bow around her neck. She was dressed in a slim, silk dress. The dress had three snowflakes, falling. The rim on the end was dark blue. The snowflakes, and rim were sparkling, the same as the bow around her neck.

Yasmin walked towards the lit up Dryad and sat down admiring the fireflies and flowers.
"Could this get any more beautiful?" She asked to anyone who was listening.

Cornelius looked up towards Snowflake, happy to see another Pykiin in the Valley. He called up to the female, his black cape blowing in the night time wind,
"Hi there!" He smiled up at her.
Seeing another female enter the ball, he tuned to face her, his cape disguising his face.
"It is beautiful!"

Walking into the valley, feeling rather weird after being shoved into a fish suit, Dory saw that he was not the only pykiin shoved into an outfit. "Well hello all."

A new female Pykiin glided in. She was dressed completely in every shade of yellow imaginable, from almost white to almost bronze in color. She wore a shimmery dress, and anything not covered by the dress was covered by veils, effectively disguising her fur color and markings.
Even her face was covered with a veil, so others could only see dark eyes peering out from it.

Yume walked hesitantly into the ball. She wore a white dress that went down to her paws, so it hid all her markings. She had a beautiful silver tiara and a white-peachy colored mask covering her face. She walked over to a corner, feeling like everyone was a stranger. She took a deep breath and told herself that she knew everyone here, they were just playing dress up. Unfortunetly, she knew that wasn't true. She knew probably no one there. She stayed hidden in the corner, taking deep breaths and trying to control herself.

Sunlight walked over to Yume, a tail twitching back and forth slowly under the veils.
"Are you okay?" she asked, stopping herself before she called the Pykiin 'little one'. For all she knew, this Pykiin could even be older than herself.

She took a step back, "I'm... er... fine, thanks," she said, nervous as to who was talking to her. Talking to strange Pykiin was bad enough, then in the dark it got worse, but even worse, was when a Pykiin was descising themself.

[glow=blue,2,300]Yasmin[/glow] "It definetly is Cornelius!" Yasmin said with her bright Cyan dress glittering in the moonlight. The dress had glitter on it. It was long and flowy. The dress had Magenta Roses on it. The dress was her serious dream dress. She watched as one of the fireflies flew right by her face and the light of the firefly made her mask Shine. Her mask was Cyan like her dress and dark Blue with huge feathers coming out of the sides. She had a Tiara that was Magenta with Diamonds. Yasmin had never felt more beautiful in her entire life. |

Kevin walked with a confident air. It was as if putting on the costume made him put on a whole 'nother identity, too. A black mask that covered the entire top half of his face and swept back into two fake, impressive ram horns was a bit heavy on his typically unadorned head. His entire body was covered in a long shimmering violet cape that matched the feathers which adorned his mask just above his eyes in an elegant crest. His fluffy tail stuck out a bit from the edge of the cape and in the dim light seemed like a dull grey color.
Tossing his head just to feel the way the ram horns were positioned, he pranced ever so slightly in anticipation. Tonight was going to be so much fun!
