Personally since I am not fond of jokes that scare I would say no but K13 has the final call on this.
You may want to put a warning, which would in part ruin the prank or joke anyways.

I personally hate online pranks, I've been scared out of my chair (literally) one too many times. However, if you post a notice in bold at the top of the thread, I'll allow it.
