Post Office Rant

Ok I sent a package to my mother last tuesday, and sent it expresspost. Which guarantees that it will be delivered in 2-3 days. Well here we are a week and a half later and no package has been delivered. Yes I will get my money back, but it ticks me off that they didn't get it sent. It has been in my mom's town for almost a week, and have apparently been out for delivery 3 times, and delivered once, yet she does not have it.

Here is the package history

Now this is to be read from the bottom up, so how if it has been delivered is it out for delivery?

I have been tracking it since it was not delivered on the 21st, and I got a package from my brother on the 23th (sunday) So how did it not get sent?

I have phoned twice now,a nd the first time they told me that it was on the truck to be delivered on the 24th, now they are telling me, hmmmm looks like something is very wrong with the package history.....Well duh. I want the package delivered and I want my money back, and I will be phoning until the package is delivered.

Actually it was really nice servise this year, everythign got there pretty quickly, and was delivered in a timely fashion, it is just the one, and it happened the last time I used them too, to send something to my mom.

the people I have talked to are tracking the package and trying to find out where it is, as it shoudl have been delivered, and I will get a full refund, and I will be pushing to get my next delivery free as well.

So update
They still don't know why it never got delivered, it has finally made it to my mo's though. I will be getting a refund as well as my next mailing on them.
