Breeding season questions alert

Harr, Behold, Ryuu's question has magically created more in my head! ;D

#1. What is the percent chance of Mutations or Markings being passed on? Like... 50x50 for common mutations/markings or 75x75 for rare, if theres even such classification? Or are we not even going that far with markings and such?

#2. Are we still aloud to send in the breeding forms for bonded Syoras, or...? I heard it mentioned before, but I can't remember where or by whom. Just wondering, because if we are, then I'd like to. ^^;;

You can use a bonded syora at any time.

Breeding season is not officially open yet, so you can't use non-bondeds yet.

No you are unable to send in your forms for unbonded breeding as the breeding season has not opened yet.

Basically, if both parents have the same trait, all their babies will have that trait as well (minus elemental mutations, those are obviously not inheritable). If only one of the parents has the mutation/marking, there will be a 50/50 chance of a kiin with that mutation. And, as for special markings (anything other than Paint and various tips), I can do whatever I please with those :3
