Ok how could it be an Accident to make a Stickerpony exactly the same? I got a Custom Stickerpony a while ago, I am sure you recognize the name and colors. I use them often.  Beautiful isn't she. I was so happy to get her. As Ryuu knows I went into the Styling Stickerpony thread and what did I see? Well he was reselling my pony.  He had the nerve to say it was a complete oops and that they colors were just stuck in his head and he knew they would look good. What am I? An Idiot? same Breed, background and color, right down to her eyes and Bow, and every strand of hair. Needless to say, I am not impressed, and of course it was the first one that sold, so now there is someone else with my Pony. I have had to get MOD's involved becasue I can't even talk to the guy.  |

That makes me really. You can't accidently resell the same exact style of an adoptable. I hate it when thing like this happen Did it even have the same ID? |

No it does not have the same ID but he actually said that he had those colors in his head and knew they would look good.

There is no rule against Adoptable owners doing this. So buyers beware of Stickerponies.

That's not fair. It's your colors and your theme. You designed your custom that way for a reason.
I swear I saw a thread (like 200 pages back) get locked because someone was reselling someone's custom before. So if that was a rule (no reselling people's customs) then, why not now?
I'll remember to watch out. I'd be pretty annoyed, too, if my customs got copied.

Figures! All the problems I have had on the forums, I try to talk to mods and they do nothing. The mods on PI... I know they try their best and they have to obey rules too, but I actually know a lot of people on another Pony forum website that refuse to play PI because of the problems they have had with mods...
Sigh. I'm sorry they couldn't help you, PM. I was afraid this would happen.... I wish there was something more we could do.

This was decided not by the MOD's, as they are still in talks, this was a decission by VeeZ. I understand, and I did send a PM to the guy, saying I wias disappointed and then I left negative feedback for him, explaining that he copied my pony.

So I am getting the Background color and Ribbon color changed on my Uzuri, plus he is giving me two customs. He is also going to take some time off and learn the proper Adoptable etiquette. He does not want to have another mistake like this.

So here is Uzuri, newly done, with a new Background, Ribbon, adn even a bit of shading, as well as some changes to her tattoo.  Then we have Uzuri's new Best Friend and boyfriend Raiden (Sorry Chelle I wanted to do it)  then I have this Beauty, she is my Favorite MLP in the World  |

Aww, that really stinks. :/
Atleast you were able to get some things on Uzuri fixed, but I know its not the same. They should really have a rule against that, nobody wants someone else to have their customs...
