Soul mates?

I missed a lot this week, since I have been working and completely forgot to come here, I barely got on PI! So I read the roleplay, well I skimmed it. Ok, my question is really, what are the conditions of the soulmate thing? I mean My first two have always been planned as a mating pair, Vixen was made for Kovu, literally. Do we have to roleplay them here for them to be considered as soulmates? Or do previous posts count?

I am sure that they must be roleplayed here as a couple then you must inform K13 of their pairing. I am not too sure if other RolePlays couted.
