Anyone getting the Americxan version? I have the jappanese version of both, and I am getting the american version I have already reserved them. Anyone else? What starter pokemon? Here are the choices you can have in these.  The grass and fire one looks pretty weird I must admit. |

what game system is it for? I want to play that one as it looks fun. I have never seen those Pokemon before.

I want, it, but since I'll barely be able to afford one, I'll probably get the American version of Pearl.
And it's for the Nintendo DS.

I am a fire fan but the Pokemon I use the most in any game I can use it is Gardevoir. I am a huge fan of my phycic type pokemon.

Yeah My one time favorite pokemon when they only had Ruby and Saphire, and did not have Diamond or pearl. My favorite type was fire. Blaziken is nice but evenmtually he forgets all the fire techniques. That makes it a pain the buttox to beat the I think 3 Elite four member the one with all the ghost pokemon?

I have my Pokemon Ruby that I level up all my pokemon from Gale of Darkness, but I use Gardevoir all the time, the only other one I use for the elite 4 on ruby is Groudon.
My team does usually consist of
Gardevoir
Groudon
Metagross
Walrien
Armaldo
Flygon
I also use on a regular basis
Aggron
Hariyama
Lapras
Torkoal
Camerupt
Cacturne
I will use others but don't stray too far from those

I haven't seen any of the starters, so I'm not sure which ones I like, but I'll probably go with the fire one. The only time I didn't was in Sapphire, where I chose Mudkip/Swampert.
I like Sapphire and Ruby, but my favorite version is probably Silver. My level 100 Typhlosion makes me so happy. Yet I haven't picked up that game in over a year, since there's nothing to do in it.
