I am not sure why people do that but I get that happening all the time when I do Tigg Auctions. It ticks me off. I have had to ban a few people and their bids will be ignored.

I mean she pm-ed me first and said oh she loved them and where could she get one then when I directed her to the auction she bid on it and now I've been waiting for a couple days and finally pm-ed her to give her a dead line and she was oh I'm sorry I do want it but ... and I'm .... it's not been a good week this week"
I feel for her honestly I do. But I have spent alot of effort on the adpts and don't really feel like just giving them away to everyone.

Tell her that you feel for her situation but as she does not have the PG right now you will resell it and she will be informed of other auctions, hoping that by then she will be able to afford one. It does suck when that happens but they will take advantage if you let them. I know from experience.

I do give Tiggs away left right and center. But I tried to make them easy to obtain for everybody and I have lots of non payments as well as people harrassing me to lower the prices.

Why do people pm you and ask for things that clearly do NOT have a on them? I've had to block so many people about that. Plus turned a few into the mods

I mean, maybe you DID plan to have it for sale and just haven't put a price on it yet, ya know? There's nothing wrong with a polite PM asking if someone intends to sell a baby in their nursery. Now if they get rude to you, or beg, or constantly ask more than once, that's another thing altogether. But I don't think you guys should get annoyed at someone for just asking a question. lol. i don't mind being asked...but it's the way these people ask, and when i'm offline they send pm after pm, and then "get offended" because i haven't responded to them...well...they sent 5 pms in 6 minutes....6 minutes that i wasn't online
i don't mind people asking me about babies and such...but my inventory? or ponies i have that are clearly worth a lot more than what these people are wanting them for...it just grates my nerves

No that is true it never does hurt to ask. If it had only been the once twice or third time I would still have patience for it.
It's the bidding on something they don't have the PG that gets to me the most.
