((Starting an rp with Silent-moon. I'm sure she wouldn't mind anyone else joining in, if ya wanted. ^_^ ))
Chouji leaped from the branch of a tree and fluttered his wings strongly, practicing his flight. He was a little rolly polly thing with a round belly and short legs and tail. It made for difficulty learning how to fly well, but he was giving it his best!

(Yup, anyone can join^^ Oh and Yulee has some memory problems....)
Yulanna had slipped away from the treehouse sometime after everyone was busy to take one of her quiet alone walks through the valley - out of sight. She padded down a natural "alley" then spotted a purple figure in the trees. It was small, so she concluded that it was a kiin.
She wasn't in any big crowd, why not make another friend? Yulee ran after the kiin, forcing out a loud "Hi!" and smiled.

Shomari stumbled along the Valley, kicking at its grasses. Why couldn't life be easier. Why do thing have to be so difficult. Amelie was still at home sleeping, so Shomari left her at home so he could clear his thoughts.
IN the distance he saw two other Kiin. They looked relatively alike, a male Kiin, and an adult female. Probably a nice family, Shomari thought, The father will probably be there any minute. Little did Shomari know, the father was acutally right there, about to approach them.
Shomari walked near them and then notcied it was Yulanna. His body suddenly was in pain, but he kept moving along. He then noticed that the little male with her was his son... and hers. Shomari knew that he had to intrude.
"Hello, Yulanna." He said. She probably thought he was a freak after their last encounter. "Who's your little friend?" It pained him to refer to his own son as "her little friend." But he knew he had to. If he couldn't be the males father, he could at least get to know him a little better. "I'm Shomari." He smiled.

(( *giggle* Families are so interesting in the valley. Ya never know when you might stumble upon a girlfriend or child or dad you never knew you had! XD ))
Chouji heard the voices down below him and he stopped what he was doing. Unfortunately he stopped in the middle of a terrific leap from one branch to the next, and got so distracted that he didn't put out his legs to catch himself correctly.
Whump! Chouji hit the branch with his chin rather than his paws.
Whoosh! Chouji fell through the leaves of the branch underneath the one he just hit, all four of his legs milling the air and completely forgetting to beat his wings.
Oof! Chouji fell to the ground, landing directly between the feet of the purple female and the white male Pykiins who had been standing below the tree.
Dazed, Chouji picked up his head and looked up at both of them. He blinked several times to settle his vision. "Oh. Hullo!" he said. He paused for a minute. "I fell," he added.

Shomari smiled and dusted the kiin's head with his tail. "You alright, s-.... Little fellah?" He carefully worded.

Just as she was going to say more to the kiin, a familiar voice greeted her. Well sort of. There last encounter wasn't a walk in the park, and relief washed over her when Shomari seemed normal again. Which in turn, made her smile politely back.
Yulee looked in horror as the kiin fell, and who wouldn't be? But he quickly got up and relieved sigh came over her. "Hey, are you okay? That was a pretty big fall for something small like you." She said, watching Shomari dust him off.

Chouji shook out his fur and smoothed it back into place with his paws. "Yup, I'm fine! I fall lotsa times, I've been practicin' to learn to fly."
He turned to look at the two adults. He didn't know them, they weren't members of his pounce and so far he only knew Pykiin from his pounce. But he was a friendly kiin and he had always wanted to meet new Pykiin. "My name's Chouji. Who're you?" he asked.

Yulee nodded politely, "To fly? Maybe I could help you or Shomari can." She gave a small smirk all the while watching him carefully.
"Me? Oh I'm Yulanna, or Yulee. Which ever you prefer to call me" She smiled, Chouji was a cute name. Like, pokable little butterflies.

Yulee grinned, "...SO... are we still friends?" She said, meaning to direct that to Shomari.
"Yeah, it's really cute." She giggled, she was just thinking that a moment ago. Then got a weird idea, "Do you want to learn sometime now Chouji? I mean, to fly ofcourse." She asked.

"Yeah, of course we are... s-sorry about our uhhh last... encounter. I wasn't well that day.." Shomari lied. Sure he was sorry, but he was perfectly well that day. He put on a fake smile and looked to Chouji.
"Yeah, how's about that lesson?" He asked.
