"No, I've never seen one. But I've heard of it before - just a rumor, I'm sure - and I was curious," she said, blushing just a bit, wondering if she'd asked about something completely fictional. She laughed, "Well, 'da moon has to get mad sometimes! Everyone does," Masashi agreed, giggling.
Kovu smiled, leaning his head on her shoulder a bit. "I love you," he said, then looking to the bondeds suddenly, getting up to his feet.
"Hey!" Ray glared at the remiel. "True as that may be," he grinned, smirking at Ember, "At least I have a head!" He muttured under his breath, "And a brain, for that matter...." He got to his feet and fluttured up, just out of reach of the little Remiel.

Tuwawi grinned, noticing the look on Masashi's face. He was about to say, "or maybe the moon was just blushing," but he decided not to. "Well, I'm sure it's real then! Maybe we can see one sometime." He nodded, determind that they would someday. "...I wonder what color the sun changes when it's mad... I've never heard of a red sun! ...Except the sun is kind red right before it goes to bed. I don't like going to bed either," Tuwawi said with a giggle.
Vixen smiled and replied, "I love you too." She watched Kovu stand suddenly, and turned her head toward Ray and Ember. "Not again.." she wispered to herself, with a dissapointed sigh.
Ember caught what Ray had first wispered, and scowled, thinking of a reply. "Well, I don't want a head if it means having your head!" He jumped to his feet, reaching as high as he could for the Syora.

"Well, maybe the sun does turn red. Or maybe it turns white!" Masashi answered, wondering herself. "We'll have to keep an eye out for that," she said. "And the moon, too." She grinned and stared up at the moon, then looked back to the tree, admiring the paintings.
"This ought to be interesting," Kovu murmured, every intention of stopping it if it got too far in his voice. In the mean time, though, he chuckled as Ember tried to reach.
"Why would I want to give you my head, anyway, you little puffball!?" Ray retorted, flying up even higher.

(I am soooooo sorry.  ) Tuwawi grinned and nodded his head at the idea. "I'll let you know if I see anything," he replied, excited as if it were a treasure hunt. He then stuck a paw into a green colored paint, and smeared "grass" on under the painting. "You two.." Vixen murmured, rolling her eyes at the two bondeds jumping around. She tried to hide a chuckle of her own as Ember jumped up again, desperatly trying to catch the syora. "I meant having no head is better than having a head like yours!" Ember sqeaked while leaping into the air, obviously having a hard time thinking of come-backs to say. He wasn't usually this loud. |

Masashi giggled, "Thank you!" As he painted the grass into the scenery, she looked at the sky and raised a side of her mask. "The moon is really bright tonight," she said, as though it had never been brighter.
Kovu let out a tired sigh. "All their fighting gets them no where," he finally chuckled after a long silence.
"Oh, is that so? Well, you obviously have no head - or rather, no brains to see that I have the most beautiful head between the two of us!" Ray sneered, grinning as he rose a few inches higher into the air.

Tuwawi finished painting and dried off his paw on the ground. He then turned to look up at the moon again. "Yep!" he agreed with a smile. "It's all glow-y and shiney." After a moment or two, he then turned to look at Masashi.
"You have little tiny moons in your eyes," he told her with a grin, noticing the reflection of the light in Masashi's eyes as she looked up at the moon. He then giggled, thinking that sounded silly. He turned his head to ponder over their painting again, trying to decide if anything else could be added to it.
Vixen smirked and shook her head. "They really are friends, they just.. like arguing I guess." She laughed lightly and watched her bonded fall over on his side, panting heavilly.
"I don't care for feathers much," he said bluntly, rolling onto his back and gazing up at Ray as he hovered a bit higher. "Everyone has a different sense of beauty."
"...Don't you ever get tired?" he complained under his breath, not wanting to admit defeat.

Masashi laughed at the shiney comment. She looked at Tawawi when he informed her of the 'moons in her eyes'. Crossing her eyes to try and see the moons, but laughing when she realized that wouldn't work. She playfully pawed at Tuwawi, bumping him on the head lightly. "Thanks, I think," she giggled.
"I just hope they don't get carried away and hurt someone - or each other - someday, Vixen," Kovu said, somewhat worriedly.
Ray grumbled slightly, then lowered himself gently - cautiously - to the ground. "But I'll never say you won," he said, grinning just slightly before padding the ground with his feet, fluffing his feathers and putting his head between his wings, going back to sleep, but not before glancing back at Ember.

Tuwawi grinned when Masashi pawed at him, and slowly lowered himself to the ground, wiggling his tail up in the air playfully. "I'm gonna get you~!" he sang, fighting back a yawn. He then giggled and ran forward, pouncing his little self up into the air.
Vixen frowned slightly, glancing over at her bonded. "True.." She couldn't help but smile as Ember's leg twitched as he slept. "I'll remind him to be careful. Though, I'm sure they're harmless..."
"O'course not," Ember replied, a grin upon his face as he watched Ray flutter down to the ground. The grin slowly changed to a small smile as he remained in his position on his back, gazing up at the night sky above. His eyes slowly got droopy, and he let them close, falling back into a deep -snoring- sleep.

"Yipe!" Masashi laughed, running off and running a few times around a tree. "Bet'cha can't catch me!" She grinned.
Kovu smiled, reassured by his soulmate. "You're right. I'll ask Ray to stop picking on Ember, though. It's not very nice, one way or the next."
Ray opened his eyes and his feathers shifted. He shrugged and took a large breath of air in before fluffing his feathers even more - he looked like a duster by now (lol) - and sat down on his little feet, going silently to sleep.

"Bet'cha I can!" Tuwawi replied with another grin, mimicing Masashi's tone. He instantly dashed off after her, kicking up his heels as he ran.
Vixen smiled and nodded her head, snuggling into Kovu's fur. "Thank you," she replied with a yawn. Realising how late it must have been by then, she glanced over at Masashi and Tuwawi. "Gosh!" she laughed. "They sure have a ton of energy. I'm surprised they haven't passed out by now."
Ember rolled over onto his side, kicking his legs as if he was running after something in his dream. He mumbled and chuckled in his sleep.

Masashi gasped at the sudden speed Tuwawi was gaining and ran as fast as she possibly could. She came to a small hole in the ground which led into a little den. She dove into it in an attempt to hide. She grinned, wondering with tensity if she'd be found. Kovu nodded, laughing, as well. "I think it's time to call them in soon," he advised. ((I forgot - did Yooso go back to her den? If we're unsure... I think I'm just going to say that she did. ^_^;  ) |

Tuwawi grinned, moving his little legs as fast as he could, trying to catch up to Masashi. Suddenly, he couldn't see her anywhere. He stopped, looking around in the darkness. The moon shone down in patches on the grassy floor. An owl hooted, and Tuwawi jumped. "Sashiii?" he called, pretending to be very brave. "Where are youuu?" He slowly continued to follow the trail, looking behind a rock for his friend. He then walked past the hole that Masashi was hiding in.
Vixen chuckled, nodding in agreement. She looked over at where the kiin had been a moment ago. But they were gone. "Hmm... we'd better go look for them," she said, standing up.
