Heya all. I've been working of this drawing for like, gee, 5 or 6 hours now? O.o;; Wow. Didn't realize what time it was. Well, anyways, like I was saying. I'm drawing this giant bird creature flying up in the sky, and at first it pretty much looked plain... like a completely white Swan, mmhm. But I decided it was too plain, so I added some pretty plumage, and now it looks like a cross between a goose and a peacock. xD But yeah... I think I made the colours on the Plumage way too dark. :/ What do you guys think? ::WARNING:: Pic is reeeaaaally big! i336.photobucket.com/albums/n350/Charmwing/Random%20Doodles/birdie3.pngI tryed playing with the layer type, and ended up with "Color." Although it defiantly helps lighten up the colours, it makes the feathers mildly see-through. ::WARNING:: Still reeeaaaally big! xD i336.photobucket.com/albums/n350/Charmwing/Random%20Doodles/birdiecopy.pngAny ideas? Should I just suck it up and redo the colors? Also - overall critique? Does it look like there's to much involved, or kinda choppy? Anything you think can be improved, please tell me. ^^;; And dang it I just realized a left my palette up in the corner. Doht. >.<;;; Sorry people!

Maybe if you did the body a color other than white that would help. ^^ It looks really nice, I love seeing how much people grow in their art even if it's only been a few months since I looked at a peice of your art. You still have improoved greatly. I think that's one of the reasons I love art so much.

Hmm... well, I'm really not sure what other colour I could mka eit, and I really like it white. D: Thanks for the suggestion, though! ^_^ Double thanks, actually. ;D -squishes Camcams- I like that part about art too. :3 It's fun to go back and look at your old artwork, and then compare it to your more recent stuff. A couple years ago, I wouldn't even have dreamed of drawing something like this. x3
