Some of you may remeber, when we moved into my new house we went down to the farm and bought three chicks. They lay colorful eggs, but I forgot what breed they are. Anyways My brother took the big one, I took the medium one, and my sister had to the smallest one.
Today my parents let them outside. (We do everyday, they are outside animals and they stay in the yard.) And a cat got a hold of my sisters chicken. It took her outside of the fence and my dad saw the cat and threw a tape measure at it. The chicken is hurt pretty bad.
We are going to take it down too the farm down the road and see what the farmers wife thinks. I'll keep everyone updated on what has been happeneing by now. The chickens whole side is red, and we think the cat got its eyes. My mom has her wrapped in a blanket right now. Remeber this is a little baby chicken that's about a Blue Bird size right now.
We also think she's paralyzed.

They just got back from the farm, and my sister was crying. It doesn't look too good. D:

My dad spent the whole day making a chicken's coop for them so the other two wouldn't be hurt. I think for the first time since we had them, he's cared.

And I just got over C.C. Selena and Celsius are clueless, and don't even run from us anymore. I don't know if they know, or they are wondering where their little sister is. I didn't want to cry in front of my sister, because it gives younger children to think it was the world, so I went in the bathroom and let it out. My sister is only seven, and this was her first animal death.

Aw, that's so sad. The first lost pet is the hardest, I think.
