Nepehele's eyes widened unexpecting such politness from her first encounter back. She admired the kiin's gracious personality and dipped her head in to bow. "Pleased to meet all of you.." her voice was steady now, yet still a knotch away from being a whisper. With a flick of one of her tails, she delicatly moved to the side, allowing the Dryad to be at full view now. The reason she had come as well was perhaps something she could have in common with Orrtha. She slowly gazed over her shoulder to peer back up at the wonder of the Valley.
"This is my most favorite thing in the Valley.." she began to state, absent mindedly.

"Pleased to meet you too Nephele." Braden and Amore said in unison. They both then exchanged a look. A look that only the two of them could understand.
"The Dryad?" asked Amoreto Nephele in reference to her most favorite thing.

Nephele quickly tore her gazing eyes from the Dryad and looked back towards Amore and Braden. She offered a small smile before nodding quietly. "The Dryad is my most favorite thing because it is what unites us all. I think it's what brings us all together. Have you always lived here in the Valley?" She inquired, a pleasent ring to her voice.

Orrtha took a few steps forward as Nephele warmed up to the others and began to speak with them. "I was hatched in the Valley and have always lived here. It's my home, and I don't think I could leave it," she said quietly.

Dashi gave up with a sigh, a shake of his wings, and twitching tails. At that moment, a little blue flame flared up and died. "What? I... I did it!" Dashi sat up, his wings folding naturally without any consious direction. "I did it!" he crowed into the sky, wanting to dance with happiness. Quieting down, he said to himself, "Now for the important part...how did I do it."

As Orrtha led the small band to the Dryad, she began to feel a sharp tug at her heart, one more powerful than her usual insistence on being polite. Eyes widening, she glanced at the phoenix pony who sat at the base of the tree as usual. The Tree-speaker was simply looking at her, smiling.
Part of Orrtha wanted the Dryad to wait until she could tell Ammy about it, but the other part of her knew that the Dryad wouldn't wait, and shuddered at the thought of missing out on her chance to become an adult. "Ah- please excuse me," she nodded politely to her companions. Before any of them could respond, Orrtha was at the base of the Dryad, peering into the tunnel that led to the very heart of the tree. With an unusual feeling of curiosity and excitement guiding her paws, she padded in, towards what she had been waiting for all year.
