((Just feel like roleplaying! ^^))
Orrtha stepped out into the Valley, her nose pointed at the sky cautiously. She had been talking with her pouncemate Tinaeus, who was certain that something dreadful was going to happen in the valley sooner or later. Seeing as he was the Valley leader, she figured he knew best.
Her talks with the First had been brief but fulfilling. He was a strong figure, but he he knew that she was still a kiin and would entertain her with pretty earth magic tricks. He'd make a good father someday... if he ever got soulmated.
Orrtha's mind slowly deviated to other things as she padded out of her burrow and smiled under her mass of tentacles at the breakfast that Amaranthine had laid out before she left. Raspberries, with a few edible grasses and - as a special treat - a piece of toast snuck out of Linaeve's kitchen. She sat at the edge of the rock that served as their table and ate her breakfast slowly. A wild remiel scurried through her home, but unlike Ammy, she offered the small rodent a peice of toast. The remiel grabbed it with its tiny forepaws, shoved it into its mouth, and bounded away without even an expression of thanks. "Don't come back, Ammy'll chase you right out the front door," she warned as it retreated.
Finally finishing her meal, she stepped out into the dense forest and trotted towards the Dryad, the center of the valley, the center of information. She wanted to learn today.

Braden started to walk funny. His lengthy legs spread further apart than normal as he walked towards the Dryad. As soon as you seen him start to walk funny you could see a white 'Kiin crawl underneath them.
"Amore you are the weirdest 'Kiin I know of!" Braden said to the 'Kiin.
Amore stated "No. I am creative there is a difference."
She then spotted a Greenish 'Kiin. She ran over to her. "Hello!" She smiled. "I am Amore Errant."

Nephele trailed slowly around the Dryad before she'd plant herself before it. Those large, amazed eyes peering up at the glorious sight of the Dryad with her maw open a jar. She knew that soon her time would come to grow, and it ached in all of her bones. Her tentive ears perked at the near by sounds that soon invaded the peaceful moment she had with the Dryad.
With a flutter of her long eyelashes, Nephele curved her dainty body around to face the earthy colored Kiin with tentacles. She watched this graceful being with awe as she'd never seen such an exotic Kiin walking about. She was fascinated in an instant of laying eyes on her. Her return the valley was long awaited. What had she missed in her absence?
With candid eyes, she sat silently now watching the other pykiin approaching the female kiin, her tails wrapped around the side of her haunches. She remained quiet and reserved, just as always.

Dashi settled down on a large rock between the river and the Dryad. He wanted to have both comforts nearby for his first attempt at using his new elemental powers. Dashi'd put a lot of thought into this moment. The rock wouldn't burn, he had the river right there to put out fires, and the Dryad's comforting presence right there. Nothing could go wrong, could it? He took a deep breath and stared at a small depression in the rock. His ears flicked as he heard voices, but he tried to maintain his focus and create his first flame.

Nephele tore her attention away from the lovely sight of the squidy kiin to fall upon the one who trailed between the river and the Dryad. She faintly narrowed her eyes, squinting. She couldn't recongnize this Pykiin either. She had ocmpletely felt out of place, all of her once familar friends had lives of their own. Nephele wasn't the type for making friends, and she knew it would be hard to regain any non-reclusive activites. Her tails flickered behind her as she tried to make out what the male was doing, she remained clueless, just starring at him.

Dashi thought he saw a flicker of something, but it was gone before he could be sure it was there. He lashed his tails in irritation, and his huge new wings, shivered. Dashi sighed, stretched out his wings, and refolded them with some difficulty. They were a little ungainly, and he wasn't yet used to them.

Nephele offered a coy smile as she watched the Pykiin fumble with his newly aquired wings. She had wanted wings for some time now but knew her growing would come first. She tilted her head to one side as pondered approaching Dashi, her gaze would reflect a lonely kiin, too adult for her own body.

Dashi gave up trying to fold his huge dragon wings neatly and gracefully, instead laying down and letting them spread out on either side. He smiled as the huge wings soaked up heat from the sun. Sighing again, he turned his attention to the depression in the rock, but he couldn't get his focus back.

"A pleasure to make your acquaintance, Amore Errant. My name is Orrtha." She laughed inwardly at how much she was beginning to sound like her adoptive mother, the polished Amaranthine who was so delicate and polite around strangers.
Ahead, the Dryad reached up towards the sky with her many limbs, nothing short of impressive. The tree seemed to dwarf even the great oaks of her old forest. A few pykiin were enjoying the Dryad's company, but from her position she couldn't make out who they were just yet.

Shaking out his wings, Dashi looked up. He didn't know whether he was hoping for a distraction or something to sharpen his focus. Dashi definately hadn't expected his power to be so elusive, and it was beginning to irritate him.

Braden caught up with Amore. "Who is your friend Amore?" He asked.
"She just told me her name. This is Orrtha. Orrtha this is Braden." Amore smiled as she pointed to the two.

"A pleasure to meet you, Braden," Orrtha nodded to the navy-blue Elven. "Are you two going to the Dryad as well?" She waved her tentacles idly, as she usually did when she had lots of time to herself and not much to do.

Nephele lowered herself to her haunces as she then strayed her focus to the chattering sounds of friendly kiin. The sound had grown a far distance to her memory that when she finally heard those small voices it resparked Nephele's outgoing side, which wasn't earned by nature, but thanks to those she grew to attached to in the Valley.
Nephele was a polite kiin, and in no means did she like invading the privacy of others as she would have it herself, but on this paticularly nostalgic day she could make an exception. The small light colored kiin would gently pad her way towards the conversing kiin, that curious look would remain evident in her eyes. She then would stop a couple feet away from the group to allow herself a polite introduction before butting in. "He-hey everyone," an unstable voice would quitely creep out.

"You too." Braden said to the 'Kiin.
"Well Kinda." Amore stated as she watched Orrtha's tentacles she couldn't help it she didn't understand them. "We didn't really have any plans that usually leads us to the Dryad to meet new Pykiin."

As Orrtha began to speak to Amore, she heard a small voice nearby and turned her head quickly, her tentacles bouncing about freely. Another kiin had joined them - this one very elegant-looking, with cream-colored fur and fur tufts of a soft purple hue. "Hello," she returned the welcome, smiling beneath her beard. "My name is Orrtha, and this is Amore Errant, and Braden," she introduced them respectively. She was suddenly very anxious to get to the Dryad, but her paws refused to move until proper introductions had been made. The Dryad's trunk was only a few seconds' walk away, and they were already beneath her expansive canopy of leaves, but yet Orrtha's tail twitched slightly in anticipation.
