I was really dumb founded to have found them... Is it odd that the mother is no where in sight?

Hokay, so they are black capped chickadee eggs. My brother got caught by the mother when he went to go look at them. xD

Is it odd that the mother is no where in sight? Birdy moms come and go all the time, so I wouldn't worry. Especially since your brother 'found' her. XD
