Rontu is a follower; specifically, he follows Tikaani. For some strange reason, he likes the megolomaniac and wants her to notice him. But he doesn't have any confidence, so he ends up doing whatever she says and basically being her servant. She doesn't treat him very well. Poor Rontu.
