Ok my daughter had her dance recital over the last weekend and I got a small video clip of it. I hope it works, but she is the one in the back with no hood on (it fell off)  |

Thank you ditzee, she had so much fun in that recital, and I was so happy that she continued with her routine even when her hood fell off.

I was wondering why she was the only one without her hood ^^
Thats really good that kept going! Most kids her age and older would stop and try to get the hat on again.

Well I remeinded her that if it fell off she should continue so she doesn't forget her place and she doesn't get stepped on. Luckily the video was actually her rehearsal the day before the recital so we were able to really get that hood to stay on (we weren't allowed ot film the actual recital)

That's usually how most dance studios do it. >.< It's quite annoying.

yeah most dance studio's do do that, which is why next year she goes into ukranian dancing where they do performances and competitions instead of recitals.

so price up for dance
$40 per month for 9 months
$30 for ballet shoes
$13.65 per ticket for recital (x4)
$60 for dance recital costume
$43 for professional photos
At least I don't have a boy, Hockey costs way more

when I was little we were given 2 comp tickets, which were usually given to the grandmas, and mom and dad paid for their own plus my brother's xD
i always loved my costumes from dance, and I always insisted on wearing them again at Halloween xD

jade on my facebook did you see Uzuri's last years dance photo? the green with Tutu? I loved that costume. but yeah we have to pay for all the tickts, we just get two set aside for us so we are guaranteed a ticket

I did! She was adorable in the green tutu  i also used to find my costumes and randomly put them on and run around the house in them...it is rather difficult to ride a bike with all that tulle |
