Isa gestured for Diego to lead, since Rala was clearly not qualified, and Isa wanted to keep an eye on her twin. Answering even though Eli's phrasing hadn't really been a question, she said, "The Valley is quite large. Even so, many pykiin travel and live outside the Valley itself, at the ocean or in the mountains. A few even live in the next Valley over, higher up in the mountains."

el nodded. She looked over at Diego waiting for Diego to start leading the way. She wodnered what the rest of the valley was going to look like.
Diego nodded."Alrighty then. Onwards!"he said and started marching alog humming some random song as he went.

Isa fell in behind Diego, keeping one eye on her twin.
Rala bounded along, clearly enjoying herself immensely. "So you're new to the Vally. Where did you live before? Do you have parents? We don't have parents, we just came from the Dryad. Is there a Dryad where you're from?"

El walkednext to Rala."Uhh...well I guess you could say that I came from the valley just over those mountains over there."she gestured over to the mountains."I had parents,but they left me and my brother a while ago. I don't really know what happened to them. Then my brother also disappeared shortly after my parents..."
Diego was listening,but continueing to lead the way to the meadow. It wasn't long before they were there. He sat infront of meadow waiting for everyone.

When Rala reached the meadow, she immediately lunged into the tall grass, batting at stems and flowers, rolling in the grass. Isa shook her head with a long-suffering look. She turned to Eli, knowing that Rala would amuse herself for a good half-hour if not interrupted. "So you don't know where your family is? That must be so sad. What made you decide to come here?"

"It's not that bad really. They've all been gone for so long that I've gotten used to being by myself."she said shrugging."I didn't really decide to come here...there was this creature chasing me and it chased me here I guess..."

Rala froze, looking rather comical on her back with paws in the air. "Chased?"
Isa was worried as well. "Are you alright? That must have been terrifying."

Rala stared in amazement at her calm acceptance of danger. She barely knew what danger was, herself.
Isa accepted Eli's answer. "Well, you'll get used to the safety soon enough."

El nodded."It would be nice change not having to worry about creatures coming into your den every night.'she said laughing a little. Slowly she stepped out into the meadow.She picked a flower from the grass and smelled it.

"I can't even imagine life outside the Valley," Isa answered, shaking her head wonderingly. She looked out across the meadow, wondering what lay beyond, and shuddered at the dark thoughts Eli's tale had planted.
Rala, on the other hand, was imune to dark thoughts. She was, after all, the sunrise, the dawning, where her sister was the dusk. She bounded over to Diego, saying, "Come play with us. We can play tag or something."

"Alright!"said Diego.He tagged Rala with his tail and bounded off.
El, getting the impression that the game had started jumped up and ran behind a rock giggling.

Rala bounced happily. Most didn't take to her games as quickly as Diego had, so she was delighted. She darted toward Eli with a grin, tail swishing in excitement.
Isa watched her twin play, smiling softly to herself. There were times when she felt more like Rala's mother than her sister, and younger sister at that.

El bounded in towards a large patch of flowers in the middle of the field where the grass grew the tallest. She ran in. The grass seemed to consume her. She gave away her cover by laughing though.
