Denali and Chouji were playing tag in the lush grass under the Dryad's reaching boughs. The laughter of the two little Pykiin rose up over the grass, alerting anyone nearby.
Up above, resting in the branches of the Dryad, two small glittery black eyes watched them curiously.
((OOC: This is for me and Cam to play some of our kiins, but others are welcome to join in. ^_^ ))

Cheyenne giggled obnoxiously as Noah grabbed her tail in mid air. She quickly flipped onto her back, twisting and prying her tail out of his small mouth. "No." She muttered in between giggles.
Noah smirked and intead grasped her back foot. "Yes." He responded as the two of them began to topple to the ground.
They fell not too far away from the Dryad, and soon Blaque met up with the two, "Show offs." She scoffed at the two playfully as they scrambled to their paws. Then in a jittery birst of energy she took off running straight towards the great tree.
Cheyenne and Noah followed as they both tried to beat one another. Cheyenne was winning.

"You're it!" Chouji giggled as Denali fell on his face, giving the pale purple Pykiin the perfect opportunity to tap him. ((OOC: Alliteration! Niiice!)
Denali scrambled to his feet. "I may be it, but not for long!" he huffed, a grin on his face. He crouched and then jumped at Chouji, but the fairy-winged boy was prepared and fluttered into the air to avoid him.
"That is hardly fair--" Denali started to say, when he heard a commotion and turned to see what the noise was. He saw two girls, one pink and one black, quickly running toward the Dryad, followed by a pale green boy.
"Hey, kiins!" he said to Chouji, running to meet them. New friends were always better than a silly game of tag. Chouji agreed. He followed Denali, flying through the air behind him.
In the tree the small shape drew back and climbed to a higher limb to remain unseen, then started to creep along the branch in the direction the boys were running, following them.

Blaque smirked, "Heller!" She yelped as she flicked her tails together.
Cheyenne smiled and pounced over Blaque, "I'm Cheyenne. That's Blaque." She batted her wings slowly together and waited for Noah to catch up.
Soon, Noah waddled up and sat next to Blaque. Maybe he should try to run more often. His panting was almost out of controll so he just nodded at the two males.
Blaque looked at Noah and then at the other 'Kiin, "This is Noah." She smiled and bopped him with her tails to get him to sit straight up.

Chouji managed a somewhat graceful landing next to Denali, and grinned proudly to himself.
Denali, always the center of attention, jumped in before Chouji could gather breath to speak. "My name's Denali," said the little white Pykiin, putting a paw on his chest. "It means Great One. This is my Pounce-brother, Chouji."
"Erm, hullo," Chouji said a little quietly, shy.
Denali spoke up, "We were playing tag! You wanna play? Tag? Or something else? We'll play anything!" Chouji nodded in agreement, not minding that Denali was speaking for him.

Chey was quite fond of this Denali's attitude. "Tag? I only ever play it in the air." She smirked and slowly approached the white 'Kiin. As she was just in tail's reach the jabbed her furtuft at him and shouted, "You're IT!" Then without a moment's hesitation she took off flying.
Noah simply rolled his eye's at Cheyenne and flopped over still remaining next to his cousin, "Well, I'm not playing." He huffed quietly and began to bat the air with his front paws.
Blaque looked at Chouji, "Well, I can't fly... Yet." She paused for a short moment, "So I think I'm out of this game if you want to play with them." She smiled at Chouji.

Denali stood completely frozen with shock for about three point two seconds. What kind of girl was this!? He had hardly seen any confident girls, the ones in his own Pounce were usually shy and soft spoken. He wasn't expecting this pink girl to act so fast!
Well, Denali wasn't one to let himself be beaten by anyone. Even a girl! He would show her just how good he was, with wings or without too. So he spread his feathered appendages as far as they would go and took off into the air in a flurry of white and pale blue feathers.
Chouji took a seat next to the black girl and Noah. "I fly, but not as well as Denali," he told her, with a shrug of his shoulders. Chouji was fairly easy going and didn't get worked up about things. He glanced over her obviously wingless body. "Do you plan to fly someday? How?" he asked curiously.
In the tree a small shape scrambled backwards as the pink girl and the white boy went shooting upwards, right past her hiding spot. As she jumped back her hind legs slipped off the branch. She growled, gritting her teeth to keep a yelp of fright to escape her jaw as her front claws dug in and struggled to find purchase. But no matter how she scrambled, she was unable to gain leverage in time and with a high yowl, she slipped off the branch and plummeted out of the big tree.
Chouji heard the cry and glanced up just in time to see a dark green shape fall out of the Dryad's branches. At the last possible moment one of the swaying boughs slipped over and caught the little figure, gently depositing her on the ground.
The little green Pykiin sat on the ground and blinked her bright eyes, looking up and then left and right. She seemed as surprised as the rest of them that she was now on the ground and safe.

Cheyenne giggled obnoxiously as Denali took flight after her. She wasn’t as avid of a flyer as he was, but her small wings we’re just enough to keep out of his grasp. She smirked as she jerked her body, twisting so she was flying upside down beneath him just so far away from any attachment of his.
Her tail flicked taunting him.
Blaque smiled at the furry of rapid colors above her head, “Well, my Papa always told me that the Dryad likes to fulfill dreams, and if I wish hard enough She may grant what I ask.” She looked at her bare back for a moment, then rattled her tails and shrugged.
Noah was the first one up dashing to the base of the Dryad where a small girl fell from. “Oh, Hi are you alight?” He asked seeing as she fell so far. Or it may have seemed like a long drop because he wasn’t one to put up with pain.

Denali didn't know what to think about this girl! She was flying so clever! Even though she wasn't faster than he was, she managed to keep out of his reach by her twists and turns. He didn't know what to do. He'd never been 'it' for this long before!
Then Denali got a clever idea. With a twist of his wings he dipped down into the Dryad's branches and hid himself, burrowing under the smooth willowy leaves. Heh heh heh. She wouldn't be able to find him here, and when she got closer.... ha! Denali chuckled to himself and held very still.
Chouji nodded his head at Blaque. "Oh, yes! I've heard that. The Dryad can do amazing things. I've never seen it happen... but everyone in my Pounce says that Azure (she was the first in our Pounce) she went into the Dryad one day and came out with a tail like a fish! It's really neat. I've never seen her swimming, but I'll bet she's really good. She can make the raindrops dance, you know."
Shaking her head carefully to clear out the cobwebs, the small green, red, and yellow Pykiin female blinked several times and looked up at the green male standing in front of her. Her eyes widened in alarm as she saw how close he had got. She jumped to all four feet and tucked her head down between her shoulder blades, her long fur standing up on end.
"Grrrrrrrrrrr." A tiny warning growl came from her throat as she backed away from him, her twin tails twisting back and forth. "GRRRRR!" she said louder.
Chouji looked over, hearing the noise. "Oh dear, who's that?" he asked Blaque.

Cheyenne was a bit taken back by the sudden disappearance of Denali. Slowly she flipped back over so she was flying normal again, but slowed her pace. She sighed and shouted, “Well I guess he couldn’t take being it!”
A small smirk formed on her face as she hovered knowing that where ever he was, he had heard her.
Blaque nodded, “My momma can play with water. She’s always finding new ways to channel energy and heat from the waterfall we live near. It’s quite fun to watch, though I’d never choose it for myself.” She looked at the ground and toddled with the grass, “I’m more of the air type… Free and all.” She looked up at Chouji and smiled.
Noah pulled his ears against his head and stood up straight in a sort of intimidated yet friendly sort of way. He raised one side of his mask and bent his head down to her level, “I’m not going to harm you.” Slowly he took a few steps backward aware that she wasn’t comfortable due to the close distance between them.
She herself looked a bit scared to him, but in a way that Noah hadn’t seen before. He half smiled at her hoping that a friendly face would calm her.
Blaque looked at the two at the base of the Dryad, “Hum, well I guess if we don’t go see, we’ll never know.” She twisted her tails and stood up waiting for Chouji to react.
