Shtiya my only male flitterkiin is currently on a quest to bring many flitters to the Valley.

He has two slots to fill, and all I ask is that you supply the Syora.

There is however a warning that there is only a 50/50 chance that the two (Shtiya and your female) will produce a flitterkiin, that is if she is not a flitterkiin. But other than those things, he's looking for some ladies.
