Ok, this is hardly a spoiler. It's more of advice. Very, very true, and useful advice. If you have not seen it, DON'T. My parent's had the great idea that they would rent it and bring it home for all of us to watch, without them seeing it first. We didn't get threw fifteen minutes before we turned the tv and everything relating to it off. It was horrid. Just horrid. Worse yet, they knew what the online blogs and review boards said about the movie. I showed them at least five times. And speaking of which, maybe some of you have seen the reviews? Hopefully you listened to them. Most of them (well, every single one I've seen) are bad. The commercials you may have seen for the movie only show the funny stuff. The only funny scenes are in the commercials. Everything else they left out of them. So, this is just recommendation. Also, if you have younger siblings.... seriously don't let them watch it. That's probably what gave me nightmares last night, so I seriously wouldn't recommend it. Just saying. Anyway, if you didn't already know this, well, I hope that you at least know something about it.

Ahck... that movie was utterly horrible.... :/ I'm with Pandie, if you have little siblings, don't show it to them, and if you really want to see it, don't buy it, rent it. My mother and I made that mistake because it looked good in the comercials, and we don't trust the critics: They said At World's End was horrible!

*nods* Believe me, Silent, I don't know your friends, but even if they aren't usually right, they are now. That movie does toy with someone's mind, and it's utterly horrid.

Aww, I thought it would be funny! I'm disappointed. The first stuff they did (Scary Movie and Scary Movie 2) were really good! But then they kept doing the Scary Movie stuff even though it wasn't funny anymore... then they started with all this Dating Movie and Teen Movie and stuff. Dating Movie was kinda funny, though. But yeah, definitely getting worse and worse as the series progresses. I had hoped Epic Movie would be better.

I guess its similar to the Freddy and Jason series' (Horror flicks)
They just get even stupider as tehy progress and it just seems like the same story over and over again. I was dissapointed in Fredy vs. Jason, the ending was abosolutly horrible. I think they need to give those series a rest and stop reproducing the same movie.

Yeah, but Epic Movie was stupid at the beginning, and got worse with um... pictures, I suppose, from there. The words I could have cared less about, seeing as I know most of them. (I don't use them!) But the images, especially because my brother who is just coming into Junior High, were just... ugh. I swear, if I ever see the movie again in the living room, it's going strait into my closet, never to be seen - or watched - again. So. There.

I think I'll pass on it. gore and gruesome don't bother me but I have parrots and if the language is bad I can't have them picking up any bad words.

Wow, that's a good point. I didn't think of that... Not that I have parrots or anything, but I just never even thought about that happening, it's a good point.

-lol- once I was at a friend's farm, and we decided to go cow tipping and her parrots her us giggling as we went outside, and they repeated them the next morning It was okay. I was dissapointed, though, it wasn't what the commercials made it look like

I have to think about it since they all sit in the living room and Lady my baby is the biggest mouth of them all and she repeats EVERYTHING she can. She already yells at the other two big parrots telling them things like "Be Quiet" or "Quit it" or "Simon Stop That" she hasn't learned Peter's name yet so she normally yells at Simon for all of Peter's screaming too.

Haha. I saw it! Don't worry, it only cost $1 to rent. And I'll have to agree, that's about as much as it was worth. lol. I certainly wouldn't pay a dollar to see it again! They're trying much too hard these days. They put all their thought into which movies to parody and not into making the jokes actually funny.
