"Thank you," Hope replied, somewhat blushing."Well, let's see, we can try something a little different..." her voice trailed, thinking of another trick. It came to her, the perfect trick. "You might want to back up just a little bit, this one takes up quite a bit of room." she said, backing up, concertrating on the river's flowing movement.

Hope was ready now. She put her concentration on the water, flowing slowly down the river. Then, it changed directions, moving in a circle, all the water flowing around and around like a mini hurricane. She watched the center of the water formation now, the shallowest part of the typhoon. Slowly, the water in the center rose into the air, still spinning, and then collapsed in circular waterfall around the point, the water falling at rapid speed to the river. Hope smiled, she liked that trick alot.

"Thanks, it does make me tired sometimes, it depends on how hard it is." Hope replied, proud of her new trick. "Keshet, Skittles's son, is in my pounce. He is constansly moving, and playing, and I rarely see him. Dyami is farely new, so he stays near the den half of the time. The only elven, Kiele, is our newest member, but she seems to like to go and play in the fields. She's not shy though, very opinionated. Since everyone else is usually gone from the dens, I usually don't stay there either. The river is my favorite spot to be."

Tevis nodded."Our pounce hasn't grown much lately exept for some pykiin got bondeds."said Tevis waving the tip of his tail through the water creating tiny ruffles in the water. "My favorite place to be is the forest."

"I see what you mean. My pounce is the pretty much the same way." She replied, listening to him speak about visiting the forest. "What do you usually do while your in the forest?" Hope asked, curious to know what Tevis's favorite pastimes were. She watched some fish swim around her toes, tickling them as they rushed past.

"That sounds like lots of fun, but I see what you mean. Although, I can't remember a time when I didn't want to play by the river, except when that evil Davy Jones was lurking in my favorite spot to swim. That's just me though, but every pykiin is different in there own special way." Hope said, smiling. She realized how nice it was to have someone to just talk to. " Do you see your parents often?" She asked him.

Tevis almost frowned at the mention of his parents. He didn't much like talking about them as memories of his kiin-hood flooded back to him like a storm of memories and emotions. For a moment he was silent lost in thought. After a moment he spoke. "Eh.. not not really...."

((I'm so sorry I haven't replied in such a long time! School swooped me away, I haven't replied to almost anything in a long time. Now I'm finished though, so I can RP as much as I want!))
"Oh, I see. I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings or something..." Hope trailed in her sentence, feeling a bit regretful she had asked the question. She smiled though, changing the subject. "What do you usually do in your spare time?" she asked, paddling out of the river to the shore. She sat down to let herself dry of.

He looked away for a moment, then turned back to Hope."It's okay." he said. He was happy the subject ahd changed."Well I spend a lot of time with Shelby,my cousin, and I like to swim and stuff like that. What about you?"

"That sounds like fun. I am usually swimming or watching little kiin. Lots of pykiin come up to me, asking me for help with their element and things like that. Although I do love helping other pykiin, I enjoy just being able to swim and enjoy the water." Hope replied. She layed down unto her back and watched the clouds drift by, their figures changing as they went along.

Tevis looked at the sky above also watching the clouds go by."Hey!" he said."That one looks like a fish!" he said pointing to a cloud to the right of them."What do you see in the clouds?"he asked looking over at her.

Hope looked over to were he was pointing. "It does look like a fish! When I see clouds in the sky, I could sit and stare at them for hours, watching them continually changing shapes. I once saw what looked liked two pykiin, standing next to each other, but I was probably just helusianating. I don't think clouds can be that complex." Hope smiled at Tevis and shruged her shoulders. "That cloud sort of looks like a flower, the one right above us." she pointed to a puffy white cloud in the shape of a daisy.
