Goodness, the adoptable forum on PI is alive and crazy! It seems EVERYone is doing their breeding seasons right now! I have sent dozens of PM's to people in the last few weeks, looking for breeds or reverse breedings, buying or trading breeding items. It's been nuts!
Not only did I have to plan out all my Pykiin and Glassgryph breedings in the past few weeks, but I'm currently roleplaying my Andicuri Dragons for their breeding season, plus I've been PMing people about the soon-to-come Serendipity breeding season and Gypsies breeding season! A lot of work goes into a breeding season, especially for these larger adoptables, but it's a lot of fun too. Lol. When I get some more interest in my own Basilisk Mers, maybe I'll start plans for my own season.
And it's worth all the work to have all those amazing babies of course! Hee hee. I'll show them off in this thread when they start arriving!
For now...my head hurts keeping it all straight. @_@

LOL Yeah I have noticed that, it seems that the middle of summer is when everyone has freetime to hold these types of events. Gypsies.... That reminds me. xD All I need to get is rope for that, and I'm sure that there will be more sales and free events for them, so I'm not worrying too much about it. I can't wait till breedign seaon for Pykiin, and I just wish I had the sushi, and Glassgryphs to be able to have my first, but I was a bit aloof during that time frame and never had the time to work somthing out with someone  Ah, well there will be other times to get my first, but I can't wait to see how all of the babies tunr out. Judging by the few that are already out, they will ALL turn out beautiful. |

Yeah, I need a rope and bead for the Gypsies, they're so hard to get!
The Glassgryphs one was really hard for me. I wasn't having any luck getting any response from my "need a male" posts, so I went into the owners list and sent about a dozen PM's to people who owned males asking if I could use one, and most of them said no because they were using them, and etc etc. Soooo much work! Haha. But it turned out all right in the end!

I believe I have one Rainbow bead, and two silver, so as for beads unless, I must purchase a gold bead, all I need is a rope... I still have to set a breeding with a cirtian male up.  LOL I just plainly didn't have the time, patience, or the PG suply to sufice for Glassgryphs breeding seaon. xD |

The breeding itself doesn't require PG just luck.
I bought a breed with a Northern Gryph for my Astrid. and lucked out that I got a kitten.

You don't have to have a breeding item, But there is only a 50/50 chance of getting a kitten. I paid a stud fee to use another player gryph and it was contengent on getting a kitten so if I didn't get one I didn't have to pay.
So if you have a gryph and can find a mate you don't have to pay a breeding fee. And there is only two items that assure you of a kitten and that is the sushi dragons but they are hard to come by.

Ah, that makes sense, but it would be a bit harder for me andyway, just because of the lacking of a male and a female. ^^

Yeah, the biggest problem is tracking down a free male and female, the rest is up to luck... I'm still upset that kitty13 didn't get a kitten. We used her male and my female. If I happen to get two ropes, I'll gladly trade you one rope for one silver bead, Cam.  And gah! I just learned that Dipity breeding season has been pushed back to September. Ah well. |

LOL Well, you have to give SLyle318 props for even holding three breeding events. Lord knows what her schedual is like in RL. Alright, I'll have to keep that in mind, Thanks Ryuu. |
