Like his blood sister Rensai, Heranai is very mature for his age. He always acted fully adult, and was frustrated by kiins who 'waste' their time and energy playing. He was equally frustrated by adults that don't take a kiin seriously.
He is friends with Khairi, and though their friendship underwent a change when the two grew at different times, it has been renewed and is as strong as ever.
Heranai is now soulmated to Devra, and lives with her in a cave den. He volunteered to help raise the kits from her breeding with Moss, since they met too late to have kiins in that season. They now have two daughters, Srivai and Ruby.
He met and bonded with the Kinri Donai. Their relationship is strong, though often quiet.
I bought Heranai as a custom. His name means honor.
