She made it a habit that the first week the dogs were in the house she would walk in front of them and see what they would do if they ignored her she ignored them if they made a move on her she slapped the crap out of them and put the fear of cats into them. Periodically she reinforced the fact as often as she thought she should too.

She's too sweet but she is 23 yrs old and very frail. I am afraid she won't be with us much longer.
