Alright, Photoshop could just make a guide at this point on how to irritate a very moody and at this point unhappy Panda. >.<
So I'm trying to cert some of the Tonakai that people won this afternoon in the Week One Events, and all the layers are locked up and won't unlock, thus making it impossible to cert them. I have another option: do this on GIMP. However, I can work Photoshop much easier, not to mention that I don't know if GIMP will give me the same problems, or if it even has the font I'm using.
So here's my question: How on Earth do I unlock an un-unlockable layer!?

umm... well that has happened to me beofore and my dad helped me. He opened the saved blank lineart and copied everything from the old image to the new one and added the cert then he saved it and wallaaa! However you can always cert on paint of something.
