Here's the male. I was pretty happy with him, which is why I decided to try to make a female. I am less than happy with her. Her legs just don't look right, but I couldn't figure out how to fix them. Advice/redlinging/comments/complaints welcome!

Your front leg issue is: that you shoudl not have so many bends. There should be one joint at the Shoulder, one at the elbow, then the last would be right at the paw or hoof like a wrist.

Wouldn't that make the leg bend the wrong way, though?

Nope how many joints do you have?
You added an extra which is making it very bendy.

Ok, I'll see if I can fix it. WHat about the back leg, is there anything you can suggest? The one in the foregroung looks ok, but the one in the back doesn't.

Thank you, I was very surprised by how well they turned out. Don't tell, but *I drew them in my AP Chem notes.* I've been fascinated by Gryphons for as long as I cam remember, so they're about the only things I can draw with any kind of consistency.
I think I've got the front leg fixed, let me upload the pic.

Ah, that looks very nice. So the back foot doesn't show at all?
It's a little hard to fix in paint without a tablet, so I'll probably have to print it out, fix it, and get Dad to scan it in again.

well his suggestion is to look at some nice big cats, as they have rather muscular legs, this would place the back leg hidden.

So, other questions. Does anyone think they would make a good adoptable? Would you buy one? What do you like about them, what don't you like? Do you think the intro story I wrote goes well with them? (Intro can be found a few pages back in this forum, the thread is called Not Excactly Art, or something like that.)
