Since I joined art I got this homework. She handed out an every day office folder instructions.
1. draw a self portrait of yourself on there 2. you can put anything on there so you can make it a collage
Well I drew some animals in the center of this thing. They didn't really cover it up =/ so... this is my obsession. I printed out pictures, and pasted them down. I forgot the the self portrait! I have tried drawing me on the deer I drew or behind but it just looks..... weird. So I really need help! I can't find space anywhere! O.O please help! i want to keep the pictures on it there, and the animals there but I will fail if I don't draw me somewhere!

maybe draw a picture of you and add it on, to add to the collage part? even cut it up and have the head here and an arm there... just a suggestion

Interesting idea, Kumon. I had one that goes on the same lines...
Draw it on tracing paper, and put it over the top, so you can see through it.

You could just pick one of the animals and say it is your self portrait! Artistic license! ^___^ That reminds me of The Babysitters Club. Does anyone remember those books? I used to love them when I was a kid! One of the characters, Claudia, was asked in art class to draw a self portrait and she painted a beautiful butterfly, but the art teacher criticized her because it wasn't a person. She went home crying and when she explained to her grandmother that the butterfly was how she felt on the inside, her grandmother went to school with her and put that art teacher in her place.

Babysitter's Club! I used to have all the books, and I still do somewhere, as my mom wouldn't let me throw them away or give them away...though all my younger cousins have borrowed them at some point
