I'm hoping he will. I myself am looking forward to adding a few kiin to the pounce, but he's so indecisive...
I'm sure the Dryad will remind him of their agreement, though.

Yes I am sure it will.
With so many females in the Valley I could see how this would be difficult.
If Pele didn't have Flamepaw I would send one of my females after Tinaeus
(But I am guessing variety in mate owners is what you are looking for)
I am also sure that another female would make Tinaeus run and hide
