Ok I can't help you at all
I use photoshop 6.0
and Image ready 3.0
But I do know to animate they MUST be saved as a Gif.

The only reason we have doen the animated is becasue both Chelle and I have found out that more than 8 Pykiin can't be placed on a banner without being cluttered. So this way if you get another I can add it and get it uploaded and you won't have to reload anything. So when it comes to the animated I would much more prefer that you use my codes.

Chelle, if you have Paintshop Pro 8 you should have an animation program too! If you check the Paintshop 'folder' link in your programs list it should show Animation Shop (mine is 3, not sure if they all are) in the list. Otherwise you can also launch it from within PSP via the File menu : File -> Jasc Software Products -> Launch Animation Shop ... This is what I always use for animated Livejournal Icons and stuff like that. It is a great program and you CAN once you get accustomed to it, work in both it and PSP at the same time to edit animation frames as layers and crazy stuff like that. But even if you don't want to get that complex it's easy. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me, I will answer them as best I can.  |
