She is adorable I hope you keep her Chelle, with the fact you need some younger animals to get you through the tough times, adn what better than a kitten you saved.

I know her head is the spitting image of Muffs but she has more black and her grey is more of a silver and her belly is bright white.

she's soooo cute I'm glad you saved her Chelle, and I agree with PM, kittens are so very good for healing the heart and soul whenever anything has happened and they're a great stress reliever...i have so much fun just sitting there watching Charles and Ester figuring out how to do stuff...Charles learned how to purr continuously today!

LOL
the longer she goes with out anyone trying to hurt her the more curious she has gotten. She was scared witless when I got to her and bit the crud out of me 3 or 4 times when I first grabbed her because I didn't have time to be calm and slow since I was standing on the medium of a major highway and didn't care to get hit or for her to get into traffic. But after I got her in the car and wrapped in a blanket she was fine still hissy but hasn't bit anyone or anything else. We have to watch my bites don't get infected but I should be ok.
I got her home and washed her with some gentle shampoo that is safe for kittens and the water ran dark for 4-5 minutes but I got most if not all of the road grime off her and cleaned her tail pretty good. I have an ointment on it and it is wrapped she hasn't messed with it yet. The dogs are all bark but they really don't mind her the birds could care less really but Peter the one that barks at the dogs started meowing while I was holding her. She doesn't meow. Muffin on the other hand smelled her then sat there thinking for a few minutes then hissed. But then she is senile, blind, arthritic and old. (Gotta love her though)

I'm glad the animals (Muffin excluded) are taking well to her...though, my two older kitties are treating the kittens the same way

My dog keeps getting in her face and licking her. She stopped even trying to hiss at him since he's hopeless.
