Yes she is. Uzuri became a big sister on May 23rd at 1:44 PM.
Yes 3 weeks earlier then we had expected but healthy and happy.

Kairi Elizabeth
6lbs 3oz
19 inches long

She was a very healthy weight and size for 3 weeks early. She ended up having some very low sugar issues at birth so that prolonged out stay but we got it figured out. Thenn she ended up with a high level for Jaundice so she had to stay in yet another day to be under the lights. SHe is good though. Her sugar issues are gone and although she has jaudice we checked today her level is within reason and going down.

Treatment for her Jaundice. This was her box for last night, she rather liked it but hated the glasses. I may have had a problem with this treatment if they hadn't put it in my room and allowed me to deal with it competely. (I didn't want my newborn being away from me)

Thank you everyone. Uzuri is happy to be a big sisiter and is extrememly helpful. She reads to her and even watches over her so I can have a shower.

The little one has her days and nights a bit mixed and therefore I am napping a good portion of the day but she is adorable so we will keep her.

Well she is almost 4 weeks old and she is growing like a weed. She is really long and still not sure that night's are meant for sleeping. Uzuri just adores her to no end.
