Where to go from here?

Well, first things first, I need to work on getting all of my outstanding projects taken care of. I know I have a lot to finish before I can do any 'remodeling' in the pykiin community.

That being said, I want to know your suggestions and ideas for the future of the Valley. Some of the things I plan on doing to improve roleplay include re-organizing the boards, drawing and sectioning a map of the Valley, and introducing new plot elements. New characters will be scarce - we all have plenty to work with already, I'm sure - but when more pykiin are released, they'll be special... in ways I won't yet reveal.

Opportunities to develop existing characters will become the focus for quite some time, and there will be smaller, limited, more frequent events. Of course, school will put quite a few restrictions on time, but for the most part the staff will be seeing to alterations, growings, etc. and I will be working on new things for the community.

So, please, feel free to talk here, ask questions, make suggestions, and contribute to the future of Pykiin valley.

Other than the more RP thing and being able to RP characters I think we should be good. and maybe implimenting my suggestion woudl be nice, I am sure everyone woudl be happy with that

As of now I don't have any suggestions, which is unfortunate.

I'm glad to help where ever I'm needed, and I think focusing on the RP elements will be good, as I have plenty of characters already some of which don't have personalities yet.

I'm hoping that the Valley won't turn into the deserted place it was earlier this year when no new events had been going on. I'm pretty sure it won't with all this talk about secrets and specialness.

I'm also looking forward to getting the Pykiin plot moving, it should prove to be fun.

I'm deprived of big rps at the moment. Yesh, I missed the introduction of the syrens and the an'ehyst hunt was it? But that's ok, I've got plenty on my plate right now, so I'm being kept busy while I work out the edges on my character personalities ^^

But a suggestion would be to make.... richer personalities and histories for our pykiins. I like the idea of shy and nice, but too many pykiin are like that. It makes the Valley seem dull I feel that I can offer more to the community it's just that I rarely find the personality that would "fit" into my plot line...

That was more of my opinion and thoughts but either way, I hope someone finds it usefull

Good point, Silent, richer personalities really is something that we overlook a lot, even myself. And even when you have a good personality for a character, sometimes it's hard to stick to that personality and make sure that you're in character when you roleplay him/her. Hopefully focusing on roleplaying will help bring out the different facets of each individual pykiin's spirit.

Of course, that's a suggestion for the community as a whole, so I can only help a small bit there

I agree with Silent with the personality subject. Alot of Pykiin seem to just blend together, and the few that stand out have the.. most interesting personalities.

**waves** while Jade does have some plans for futureness, there's plenty of time for them, xD I plan on going through all of mine, and working on personalities, taking one or two, and role playing them as such (Except for a couple who are RPed all the time and there personalities are set in stone)

Sides...the only one I'm working on at the moment, is for looks only...as a memento, and as a statement. Just a special pretty...cause she has a personality set deep into my heart, and there's no way I could give her any justice by role playing her

I'm really looking forward to concentrating on roleplay. There's been such an influx of new pykiin, I don't have personalities for far too many of them. It'll be a lot of fun exploring more varied personalities. And more plotline is definately something to look forward to, I always love the new plot elements you think up.

I add my voice, even though it's the same thing everyone has said. I am very much looking forward to more rp's, allowing us to develop personalities for our new kiins and all of them.

I would really love big rp's that further the story of the Valley, even if there's no prizes or anything for us to win. It's just fun to rp! ^^

And of course, as a mod I'm eager to help Lin with anything I can to make her job easier.
