Springtime smiled slightly and got up, looking at her shoulder to Quesue. "C'mon, Quesue, let's see what this is about." she said, beginning to pad towards the group. She stopped by Mayonaka, gave him a nod in greeting and looked back to Faith, who seemed to be the organizer. "Yes, and If you need anymore helpers we'd be glad to help." she offered. Quesue nodded.

Seri moved to the next seed, and the smooth trunk of a maple rose in front of her. Seri wasn't tired yet, but she knew she would be by the time this was finished.

"Okay!"
L'ananas bounded off in search of moss. Finally finding some, she began poking around it until she found the thicker and softer patches. She carefully dug those up, shaking the moss to get rid of excess dirt or moisture.
She went back to the nursery site and began laying out the moss in the shade of another tree. Then the yellow Pykiin went off again, searching for more moss to get.

Mayonaka smiled at Spring, then looked on his shoulder at Honoo, who had been quietly waiting for whatever the answer to what they were making was. Mayonaka said, "Yeah, we can help, too, if you want."

Faith directed Springtime to the next sapling with a smile. Three elementals, things would go a lot faster than she'd planned! She picked up the sack of seeds and trotted around to the most recent hole for Dove to reach more easily. By now the semicircle of saplings showed that the structure would be quite large, easily able to fit 100 pykiin comfortably.

Uzuri had collected a pile of moss so big that she could barely reach the top while she was on all fours. "Do we still need more, or is this more than enough?" She smiled, "I might have to go a little father away if we need more, becasue I think I got all the Moss in the direct surrounding area"

Seri moved to the next seed, but before she closed her eyes to grow it, she looked around at the enclosure they were producing. "This is going to be really big. What did you say it was for?"

Venus soared quickly over to Uzuri and nodded in approval. "For now, at least. That should be enough to cover the ground at least in a thin layer of moss, though we might need more later."
Faith smiled, "Why, the coming kiin, of course! They will share this nest, and the mothers will have someplace comfortable where we'll all be able to protect each others' young ones."

"Well Moss is pretty heavy so I am sure if we need more the boys in my pounce will go farther and be able to bring more." She said, walking slowly over to the water for a drink. Kazan walked in, followed by Tiuds and little Yoshi, and they were all carrying Moss, as they had seen Uzuri. "I though you might want a bit more." Kazan said softly as he laid it down in the pile. They were able to carry a little as their Egos made them tough guys.

L'ananas hadn't found anymore moss in the direction that she had gone in, so she had doubled back.
She overheard Venus speaking to Uzuri, and thinking that it meant that she didn't have to go get more moss either, she sat down and watched the others.
The coming 'Kiin? she thought to herself. That made sense. Well, Crowfeather would probably be happy that his and Leafpool's gemfruits had grown and hatched already. He would not like his 'Kiin being stuck in a shelter with so many 'strangers', no matter how big the shelter was.

Springtime looked to where Faith had indicated and nodded. "Thank you," she said, bowed her head to Mayonaka, and trotted to the hole, where she looked at the seed, memorizing it's position and placement, then closed her eyes and began to urge it to sprout and grow, and was surprised at how fast it did. She opened her eyes and continued to grow it until it reached the size of a sapling. Spring stepped back, admiring the young tree, then looked around at how big the enclosed area had gotten before moving onto the next seed she saw.

The work went on for an hour or so, and finally the circle of saplings was planted He breathed a sigh and blinked, already feeling the weight of his magical exertion. There were still a good twenty trees to be grown to full height, and he knew the younger elementals would be even more tired than himself by now. "Break time!" He called lightly, padding over to the water and wading in past the scales on his legs. The stream flowed steadily - not strong enough to be uncomfortable and not standing so that the water stayed nice and fresh.
Faith followed his example, but didn't go in farther than her toes. She waded through the shallows, stopping to drink every once in a while. What was next? Oh yes, the trees needed to be grown, and the ivy needed to be planted. The ivy weaving would be complicated, but once it was done the walls would be sturdy and keep the elements out.
