PM, yes, you have it correct.
If someone else requests the use of your female for your breed, that still counts as one of your three slots for the round. However, if they need you to send forms in for them because they won't be there, those don't count as your slots.
And yes, please wait until I give the okay, I really don't want my inbox getting random messages until I have everything set up. @.@

I just want to know to see if it's safe to go to bed. The computer I'm on is down stairs, my room being upstairs and the power keeps going off, and I don't want to trip on something, or run into anything.

I... don't think so. I'm really tired right now and just don't have the willpower to stay up any longer.
Besides that, it will just be sending in male forms for a while, no female forms until the majority of the male forms are in.
The thread will be up by 18:00 at latest tomorrow.

Yep, Silent - if it's your female, it's your slot, regardless of who the male's owner is, who is providing items, or who is getting kiin.

So in a breeding where both pykiin don't belong to me, and I'm providing the items, can I put that breeding down as my slot?

In that case, I believe you send in a permission form for your items along with your male forms, and the slot goes with the person who owns the female.

The slot always, always, always belongs to the owner of the female, regardless or who is providing items, who is providing the male for the breeding, or who is getting the kiin. I won't be doing any exceptions for this.
Yes, you would send an item confirmation as Raenia pointed out. Second form in the first post.
