Safyre sat on a large rock looking into the water.
She didn't know why, but something had called her to the pond near the peanut fields. She sat and listened, and waited for whatever was supposed to happen, to happen.
While she waited, she began to hum a melody that Jade had taught her. She still didn't speak as often as Rosie would prefer, and that was fine with her, but she did like to sing, whistle, or hum a tune to whatever she was feeling at the moment.

Tamarai wasn't as energetic as most of her pounce would have expected. She wasn't unhappy or anything, she just looked...content. She walked along, slowly, enjoying the feel of the grass between her toes. Her large ears caught a faint hummed melody, and she automatically began to hum along in harmony. Her feet slowly followed the notes until she saw another kiin sitting on a rock. Marai didn't say anything, she just came up, not too close, sat down, watched the water as her companion did, and hummed.

Safyre smiled at the kiin, and marveled at how much she looked like her father, Misrule. She finished the song and turned to speak to the green kiin.
"Hello," she said, even though it was barely above a whisper. "I feel as if something important is about to happen, but I don't know what it is...but I think it will soon appear."

"Would you like to meet it alone, or with company," Marai asked, sensing the importance of the moment. She had enjoyed the song, and the chance to make a little music without everyone pestering her to sing. Still, if this important moment belonged to the other kiin, it would be presumtuous to intrude without permission.

Braden heard something or someone humming. He thought it was just his mind playing tricks on him but he didn't care it sounded wonderful. He listened to the tune as it drew him closer to the Pykiin.
When he reached the Pond he seen the Pykiin that he heard, and his mouth dropped. He wandered up to the two 'Kiin.
"Hello Ladies." He smiled as he bowed. "I am Braden."
