Hello all. I hadn't discussed this earlier, but I would like to explain how kitsune breeding works for those who have kitsunes. A Golden Syora or Silver syora must be used to produce hand-drawn kiin. These kiin must also use a Golden rodeli to grow up. If a golden/silver syora isn't used, the kiin will simply be a Normal pykiin, not a Kitsune. Now, I know that brings some of your plans into an obstacle course, but keep in mind, this is to make sure that I can actually handle breeding season. Here's how it will workDuring the next An'ethyst hunt, there will be no mention of golden or silver syora. This is only to keep hand-drawns within the community. When the An'ethyst hunt starts, let me know via PM if you're interested in buying a silver or golden syora. I will probably only allow one per person, and the price will be pretty hefty (around 1 mil / 20$ for a golden and 500k / 10$ for a silver). Keep in mind that you might have to start saving or collaborating with others for a silver/golden syora now if you want to buy one later. Yes, special syora may be used on normal pykiin, the but the kiin will not be a kitsune, rather, the breed of one or both of its parents. Feel free to ask questions

If you breed a normal Kiin with a kitsune, (with a golden/silver syora) what will the Kiin be? One hand drawn kitsune and one hand drawn normal?

So if we use a golden/silver syora, will we be able to obtain golden rodeli at the regular An'ethyst hunts?

Farn - yes, most likely. There's a 50/50 chance, as with every breed, but it's really the coin flip that determines what you get.
Raenia - yes, but I imagine those will run pretty high too, probably about the same as a golden Syora. It takes a lot more time to draw a kiin than it does to draw an adult, -especially- with a nine-tailed pykiin.
Speaking of, Kitsune kits only have three tails, they don't gain all nine until after they grow up. Just as a point of interest.

I Still plots gaining access to Golden Syora.
and three tails is adorable I think. Too much tail on the baby would look weird I think so three is more then enough

Just so I understand correctly, 2 kitsune who breed without a golden/silver syora will produce Normal breed Pykiin?

Ooh, I has a question that's related, but not quite on topic. Is kitsune a breed, or could you use a remiel with a golden rodeli to make a regular pykiin a kitsune?

Technically, kitsunes are a breed, so a remiel wouldn't do the trick, but I'll keep that at the back of my mind and might come up with an item or a bonded for that purpose. For the time being bribes might work (I cannot tell you how tedious it is to draw those nine tails, so I don't want it just being freely available).

Makes perfect sense, just thought I'd check.

1 mil huh. I could do that as well but it would leave me in worse shape then it would PM. Guess I'll actually have to do those custom Minx that I have been avoiding.

Chelle how do we know how much the PM has? Who knows how 1 million will leave me but I will be buying one, no hesitation (ok just a little)
