Hikaru is almost soulmated, but then again Uzuri has stalked Raiden since the day he was born. So they could both use one but we don't know when Uzuri wil grow up so I don't know when he'd need a bonded. Though the talking thing is getting hard to do. O.o

Ooh, good point. If I were you I think I would give it to Hikaru. A bonded would almost..completes him in a way, and since Uzuri might now grow up for a while, it might give you time to get Raiden one before they do grow up.. But its your choice ^.^

I would say bond it to Hikaru, but if you bond it to Raiden and want to grow him I think Uzuri would still claim him as her own.
If I have to get a different Bonded for Uzuri it will just mean that I have to think of something else to give her, that will not change her too much, worst comes to worst I can always remove any changes made to her.

what like give her a bonded then buy a regular to cancel it out? I don't think you'd have to change her if you didn't want to.

Yeah, I mean do that, although I would not mind trying to give her A small swirl on her hip in Hot pink, but what if is doesn't look good (not sayin K13 wouldn't make it look good) But I am wanting to try but I don't want to, and I have issues.
