Tsuki watched as Devedin disappeared under the water, then come back up. She looked at the plant in his hand, "There're plants living at the bottom?" She asked, feeling the slightly slimey green plant in her paw. "Wow, that's kinda... cool," she smiled, running her paw against the plant once more, before putting her paw back into the water.
"Fishes..." She said softly, looking down at the water, trying to see one, and not knowing that the plural and regular word were the same. She saw something small and black dart by, brushing a few pieces of her fur before disappearing. She gasped, "Was that a fish?"
If it was a fish, then the small creature was certainly odd. Awesome, but still odd. It was kinda like a little sliver, but it was faster than a Pykiin! How could something so small be so fast?

"I think it might of been," said Devedin uncertainly. "I didn't get a good look, though."
He glanced down at the water, narrowing his eyes. He strained to see any fish in the water, or any shapes darting about in the shadows left by plants hanging over the water's edge. Occasionally he saw a flicker of movement out of the corner of his vision, but by the time he would turn to look nothing would be there.
"I think I'm going nuts," he murmured softly, staring at where he was positive there had been a lithe black shape in the water. Or maybe these fish, having been scared by him and Tsuki, were trying to hide. Well, they were doing a good job at it.

(Don't worry about it. I hope your homework load gets lighter, though. *nod nod*) Tsuki scanned the water with Devedin, seeing nothing but black darkness. "Weird... they disappear so fast..." she said softly, gazing into the water again for any sign of the little black slivers of movement. She looked at Deve, "Why? You don't seem 'nuts'," she said, watching the water again, wondering where the little fishes and frogs had gone to. She began waving her paws underwater smoothly, hoping to maybe run into one. Her mind stayed on what Deve had said. About him going nuts. He couldn't be 'going nuts'. He was her first friend, after all. He was nice and kind and great. There was no way that Deve was 'going nuts', Tsuki thought with a smile. He must have just been... being sarcastic?
