maybe k13 should state that those who don't log on (to PI) after a certain time loose their pykiin and items? I know some of the other adoptable owners do that

That is not how most adoptables are run. Most adoptable makers don't take their adoptables back if the person isn't active after a certain amount of time. The owner could have changed their PI name or moved their things to another account. You can't make the assumption that they just left pi. We don't want Pykiin owners on PI to start complaining to K13 because everyone here keeps pming them to trade, do we? I'd hate for that to happen. Let's make sure we're not hassling people.

Shouldn't they PM K13 if they switch accounts or something like that?

There's no rule that says they have to. People with lots of adoptables and/or multiple accounts probably don't have time to do that.

I agree Ryuu, let us not get complaints made to K13 about other harassing them to give up their kiins.
Also there is a chance that they sold that account and are now using another, adn have not informed adoptable makers of this change.
I too was confused about this a bit but I get it now, unless we know for sure, you can't know for sure.

Urrggmmm, so does that mean we can't pm the pykiin owners about their kiin? Or it's just rude but go ahead as you wish? *shifts feet*

I think maybe if you PM someone and they say no, make sure you tell the rest of the Valley, as not to upset them with an entire Valley of people asking, when the answer is clearly no
This again is just an opinion though.

I agree. We definately don't want the whole valley hassling people unknowingly! I'll go make a special thread about that ^^
